Really Great Printer

Best Buy gave me an additional 15% on another HP and this one was on sale. It's faster than my old one, was easy to set up and attach to my home network. Also bought HP's new ink service with appears to be worth the money and solves the run out problem. I'm happy!

Second time around

My first purchased printer of this model simply stopped printing about six weeks after purchase. It had worked reliably up until then. Scanning still worked, but anything that required print stopped. I'm hoping to get more longevity from this one.

Great all-in-one printer

This HP all-in-one was an excellent purchase! The printouts are amazing quality and the scanner is very fast. The copier too is very fast and with great quality. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for something for your home office.

Careful with Printing Labels

My only disappointment so far occurred when I wanted to print out my Avery Christmas-card labels, which I had created a few years ago. It's a good thing I did a trial run on plain paper, because this printer didn't line up with the template's settings. I had to adjust the top-margin setting in the Word print dialog box.

Wireless printer

The only issue I have is the printer will show offline on my computer & will not print, but the printer wireless indicator light shows as online. I have to turn the printer off for a few seconds & turn back on. Fortunately this does not happen very frequently. Does its job for the price.
