I had to replace a printer that I had loved using for the last 2 years. I got great support from the staff at the store and have been using my new printer for a couple of months. It was a great price and has features my old printer didn't have. It prints double sided documents quickly and without having to reload them to read the second side. I'm very happy with my new printer!

Best printer I have had so far. It is easy on the expensive ink. It prints very well in color and black and white. For minor, and not so minor, repairs they have a program you download when you setup the printer and it fixes almost any problem you are having. I real nice feature. I would buy this item again.

This is my second purchase of this printer. It functions fairly well and the setup is fairly simple. My first purchased printer of this model simply stopped printing about six weeks after purchase. It had worked reliably up until then. Scanning still worked, but anything that required print stopped. I'm hoping to get more longevity from this one.

This printer has great easy to use options & is affordable

This printer works very well. My only disappointment so far occurred when I wanted to print out my Avery Christmas-card labels, which I had created a few years ago. It's a good thing I did a trial run on plain paper, because this printer didn't line up with the template's settings. I had to adjust the top-margin setting in the Word print dialog box.

I've only had this printer a week but so far it works well. It was very easy to set up the wireless to enable my laptop and desktop to print.

The HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 is exactly what I was looking for. After searching for many months for a printer to replace my older HP model, this model is a perfect replacement. It is lighter than my older model and easier to lift and move.

Love the printer. Works great and the audio refill program on ink with HP not only saves a ton of money in ink you also never run out. Love it

Bought an Epsom printer.... had it 2 months... major malfunction and would not take a new ink cartridge...Traded it for an HP. Always had HP printers, except the last one, the clerk talked me into an Epsom...The HP printer is the Best printer I have ever owned. Fast. clean print.. direct connect, or on line or wireless...I will always buy HP.. both printers and lap tops...
