I have no issues with this printer. It was an easy set up and the printer is working just like it should. The price was right and my printer needs are not that high end so this printer is perfect.

Great printer, suits our needs. We don't print a ton so it was good they have this model on the cheaper end. Only takes a while to get going hence the reason for 4 stars, besides that works as intended

I've had HP printers in the past but this one is better. It prints faster than my older HPs. Would recommend this one for home use.

I let a tech at another store convince me to try another brand, after a lifetime of using HP products. What a mistake, even this low end model has better speed and color. I spent more time trying to troubleshoot the other brand than I did unpacking and setting up all the features on the 6978. The manual is not in the box but is easy to find online.

I bought this printer for my work office. Setup via wireless was super fast and easy. I have noticed the following: - the printer is very noisy. There is a quiet option, however it slows print speed down a lot. - the ink HP gives you are starter Cartridges. Be prepared to buy another box of ink. - the flatbed scanner is flawless. I have scanned and made several copies with no issues at all. - the top feeder isn’t as good. If you are lazy like me and don’t want to lift the scanner to use the flatbed or have multiple pages to scan, it is very noisy and thought I had a jam. The printer made an extremely loud noise, although the lcd monitor on the printer said scan successful. Not sure how long it will last. I did get Best Buy’s warranty. If I need to print a lot of pages, I use another printer on the network made to handle it. If I need a quick professional page printed, I use this.

i can print stuff out while im away from home directly from my cellphone. i can have my desktop on the second floor and printer on the first floor. no wires!! only power cord tho. its a little bulky but you have the advantage to put it anywhere since you dont have to plug it in to a computer. its very easy to use and the touch screen is very easy to figure out.
