Mt second printer, easy setup and good prints for home office.

Prints well only problem is the air printing from IPhone or iPad most of the time I have to unplug and replug to get it to work

Easy to set up and operate. This printer has an easy touch screen that guides you through print, scan, and fax tasks. The document feeder allows two sided print and scan capabilities. I love the HP Instant Ink program, based on printed page usage, saving tons of money on ink cartridges. And the first 3 months are free!

I purchased a HP 6978 all in one printer for my home printing needs, This printer has performed well for me over the years. It gets a lot of use from me. When I had a problem with this same printer. i was still under factory warranty. Best Buy exchanged it on spot. Now I am off printing large amounts of home stuff again.

I have been very pleased with the exceptional quality and clarity of both copy and printing results. Printing documents, presentations and custom invitations and envelopes has been a breeze. The wifi connection has been consistent and reliable. Instructions provided on the panel are step by step and very intuitive. Great buy and great price.

Very happy with my Office-Jet Pro 6978 wireless printer.Works ad advertised. Haven’t used FAX feature yet, but Print, Copy, and Scan functions all work in collar and black & white.

I love that I can use even just my phone in printing because of it's wireless capability. It prints out very clear and it dries out really quickly, doesn't smudge. User friendly.

Love the ink plan, no more worries or expensive ink purchases. Don't like that I can't see ink levels from the device screen. Doesn't always connect well to show on web browser, even though internet is good. But easy connect for printing from any device.

I bought this to replace my old HP printer, which I had for over five years and loved. This printer is awful. It is frequently losing its internet connection, so I have to reprogram it. Even when it is connected to the internet, it shows offline, and I can't print to it. I am constantly rebooting it hoping to get it to work. On the occasions I do get it to print, it decides to update itself, so I end up waiting several minutes for my document to print. I do not recommend this printer.
