I am pleased with this printer. The performance is excellent and it’s cost effective. I feel good about this purchase.

No problems so far, easy setup. Good print quality.

Printing to my desktop computer using DSL connection is very slow, much slower than my last 3 printers, 2 of which were also HP. Also the screen that gives you printing options is not accurate re "current" page, best to choose page range option to avoid printing pages you didn't want. Quality of printing is satisfactory.

My HP printer though not used often but when l do it gets what l want done to my satisfaction. To me It's a great machine.

Needed a new printer and had used HP printers in the past, but was looking for a more cost effective model (intial cost and then ink costs). Considered an Epson, but when looking at the quality of build there was no question that the HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 was a better value since it was the same price as the Epson.

Great printer easy set up prints fast from any device

Good printer, no issues so far, but we’ve only had it a short time. We’ve had good luck with HP printers in the past.

OK, I got the printer on sale for $99 but easily worth way more. Set up was a breeze (plugged it in, ran the disc, VOILA hooked up immediately to my wireless home network). Prints extremely well and very quiet. I bought it for the auto-feed scanner and it works well. I have had it for over a month and have had no jams or issues.

Bought this for our small office and for school work. Chose this model since it offers wireless printing. So far has been a really good printer. HP knows how to make sturdy printers. We usually print with setting on “draft black and white” to save ink. Overall good buy!

It has all the functions, but realized we don't have a land line...going to have to figure out how to fax...being a senior have to ask the youngsters...they know about downloading apps for that function, otherwise easy to work with so far..

I have a printer that does it all and it's simple to work. I have all my devices hooked to my printer and I love it.

I have never owned an Hp printer before so it was difficult to find one at the right price, but it's a great printer.

This printer is fast, quiet, & connects to wifi automatically when turning it on each time - of course after initial setup. This printer does everything - From scanning to emailing to smiple printing. Its great on ink - comes with starter ink that last a good while. Great price - I think I paid around 89$.

Great wireless printer for the price. Easy to install.

It's a good printer. Setting up the wireless connection is not very intuitive. But once you figure it out, it works fine.

I really like this printer, for all its functions and for how much it was sold for. It does almost everything you want for a home/office printer. It’s WiFi ready and Cloud Print accessible. It’s almost perfect, except it does make those loud laser jet sounds when it’s printing.
