Like the printer, good quality for a good price, easy setup

Bought this for our small office and for school work. Chose this model since it offers wireless printing. So far has been a really good printer. HP knows how to make sturdy printers. We usually print with setting on “draft black and white” to save ink. Overall good buy!

I really like this printer, for all its functions and for how much it was sold for. It does almost everything you want for a home/office printer. It’s WiFi ready and Cloud Print accessible. It’s almost perfect, except it does make those loud laser jet sounds when it’s printing.

My old printer broke on me in the middle if a big job. This came right in the nick of time. It suited all my needs.

Easy setup, and it works great. I like how the printer has its own email address, and you can email an attachment to that email address and the printer will print it out. I haven't had it long enough to assess ink use efficiency, but HP's tend to be on the average side as far as that's concerned.

I bought this to replace my old HP printer, which I had for over five years and loved. This printer is awful. It is frequently losing its internet connection, so I have to reprogram it. Even when it is connected to the internet, it shows offline, and I can't print to it. I am constantly rebooting it hoping to get it to work. On the occasions I do get it to print, it decides to update itself, so I end up waiting several minutes for my document to print. I do not recommend this printer.

We, my partner and I, were looking for a reliable color printer that we could access from our desks. Speed of printing was fine and the color was adequate for our purpose without going to the expense of a laser jet. All in all this was a good purchase and the recommendations from the in store staff was very helpful.

Noisy. Won't print well on address labels like my HP8600 inkjet did. Have to press OK button each time you load paper to accept standard paper size. Cannot connect SCAN to do it directly to PC.

Much faster than I expected. easy to set up and use

I purchased this printer to replace an old HP printer that stopped feeding paper. I use the printer over Wi-Fi and the new HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 was very easy to set up. I was able to start printing from all of my devices including a laptop, iPad, and Android phone in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Purchased after recently experiencing difficulties with a similar model HP. So far enjoying this printer much more.

Overall this printer works exceptionally well. I’ve had to print hundreds of prints for a wedding shower and they came out beautifully. Only bad thing is that it’s sometimes difficult to get it to work wirelessly with the internet. Sometimes it connects right away, other times the signal can’t be found

Great All in one printer for the home office. Not too bulky and did the job. I was concerned it would be to slow but I was surprised to find out it was acceptable. Definitely would recommend!

This printer is just what i wanted. I don't have to run out to make copies or fax something when the need arises.
