Very easy to use.and install prints fast and clean

One of the best printers I've ever had. This thing prints fast and I'm high quality. Receives updates OTA too. I like it and no issues since I got it. However sometimes you need to reboot it (power cycle) to enjoy a seamless experience.

I liked the idea of the hp ink that would be mailed every month and bought this printer and works great and feels good to have ink arrive at your door when your running low. Printer works great and was very easy to set up in less than 10 minutes on my phone.

We replaced our old HP OfficeJet printer with the 6978 Wireless All-In-One Printer. It has worked great for us and was an easy setup. My only complaint is the tray that slides out for the printed paper to rest on needs to be longer. The paper bends up. But the quality of the printing is great!

So far I like this all in one. I only print in color occasionally. I like that it is a fax and has a auto feeder.

13 years ago I bought an HP all in one and it was great for several years. 6 or 7 years ago I bought another HP all in one and it was also great for several years. Now I own the HP 6978 all in one and its the best so far. Quick, quiet, wireless scanning, wireless printing...its just great in every way I can think of. Love it.

So far and above the Epson/Brother products available next level down that you never will waste your money ever again on a cheap Epson! This is a big, heavy machine for about twice the price of the home office el cheapos we all think is all we need. Has a paper tray even, wow! Uses way less ink, truly wireless, love it.

We bought this printer because it was a good price for being able to printer and scan, the things we use most. So far we have had no problems, unlike our last printer which wasn’t able to suck up the paper properly from day 1. Would recommend if you just need a basic printer and scanner for light use.

Printer has small footprint for desktop. It is a little noisier than my other HP but has more function. I tested printing photo on plain paper and it worked great. The cartridges seem to last longer but time will tell. Worth every penny! You can even get discount on ink and have sent to you directly for period of time!

Set-Up is quick and and Wi-Fi is stress-free. Finished products are very good. The only issue is unlike previous HP Multi-Functional units, the 6978 is not as intuitive or automatic. Maybe it's just me as I'm used to the previous generation of HP products. Nevertheless, you can't go wrong with the 6978 (at the internet price).

This printer works great. Have it hooked up through Wi-Fi and have HP Instant ink which seams to be a good deal.

I love this printer!!!! Great features. Love the HP app that allows me to access certain features from my phone.

We replaced a multifunction printer that was six years old. This printer is fast and really quiet. Nice. Ok, the ink for this printer is a little more expensive than what went into the other one - but not much we could do about that as they don't sell printers that use those cartridges anymore

I bought this for my mother in law and had to return it bc she needed another feature but this is a good printer
