Very easy to set up,easy to use,and prints great!!

We needed a new printer for the house and I have always used HP. I was NOT disappointed with this product. The pages print quickly, the color is vibrant, and the price was excellent.

The printer is very nice once set up. During setting up the account it keeps asking me if I'm a robot. That is annoying. It would never let me get past it. For the record I am not a robot but that does sound like something a robot would say if they are trying to hide their identity.

Connected easily to my new Mac, whereas another brand would not. Only ran about 100 pages so far on the supplied ink carts, small office, they're still working. Haven't tried it on high end pictures and probably won't. Well worth the money as this one is hassle free. For me at least.

I was replacing my older all-in-one printer and stumbled upon this machine. I got it during a sale and glad I purchased. It was easy to configure out of the box and I was printing in a matter of minutes. The ability to print and scan double sided documents from the tray are a great added feature.

My HP #6978 is doing great. It is an all in one and just what I needed. I don't buy any other printer but HP

Only issue is that it goes to "offline" if not used every few minutes. Still haven't found the "cure" for that.

The printer itself is very sleek looking. The touch screen works great and the connectivity is very good, but and yes there's a but. I do not know if this unit is flawed but whenever you print anything (which takes forever) it makes the most obnoxious and loud whining noise. It's like nails on a chalkboard and eeriely similar to grinding a fork on your teeth. Drives me insane.

Bought this printer as new Brother "all in one" printer began to fail. Out of frustration I spoke to the Best Buy representative to guided me to this HP printer. I love it! So much faster than than the Brother printer as well as more functionality.

Easy to set up and very user friendly. Pluses are quick wifi set up, excellent air printer. fairly large tray paper capacity and dual side copying. Only negative for me is that copies don't fit well on tray and bunch together.

We needed a new basic printer and this one has so much bang for the buck. We got it on sale, but we would have still bought it for its abilities. I was pleasantly surprised when a two page printout came out on both sides without having to re-enter the paper. It prints clear and at a decent speed.

This is my 3rd printer in 6 months. Using HP printers for the HP Connected services with ink. That plan is FANTASTIC! .. .However, there is ink starting to pool in the right side of the printer like the last two. It seems like when this happens the printer soon fails. Good thing I got the warranty because they are replaced at no charge under this. It is just becoming a hassle.

The printer does everything I need it to do. While the screen is slightly small it is clear and easy enough to read and wok with. The menu is somewhat intuitive so I have not found a need to go to the manual in the time I have had it.

Quick printer! Very good. Pretty loud, nice image.

After several years use of all in one HP printer my old one worn out the print head.It was time to up grade to later model all in one to this Office Jet Pro 6978 by HP. I use it at home for general use now since I am retired. If I were working I still would have a HP printer due to great performance and support.

Great printer! It was easy to set up wireless for laptops around the house. Really like the copying feature as well.

Printer works very well. A little bulky in size but still fits nicely on the corner of my desk. I've always had great experiences with HP products and this is no exception.

I needed a printer to replace my older HP MFP and this one is okay so far. Like all HP's, the ink is pricey.
