After several years use of all in one HP printer my old one worn out the print head.It was time to up grade to later model all in one to this Office Jet Pro 6978 by HP. I use it at home for general use now since I am retired. If I were working I still would have a HP printer due to great performance and support.

Buying this wireless printer was one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home office. Everything was so simple to set up and I love being able to print straight from my cell phone if needed. Buy it!!! It’s worth every penny!

I needed a printer to replace my older HP MFP and this one is okay so far. Like all HP's, the ink is pricey.

This printer does exactly what it's supposed to do. Perfect home computer for school work, office work or business. I enjoy quiet mode, specifically, because all the printers I've owned in the past were extremely loud. Also, easy setup and great picture quality. Overall great printer.

I was worried because my last couple printers were duds. This one is everything I need in a sleek design.

So far this printer works like all our other past HP printers. The print quality is good. The only issue we've had is it seems to disconnect from our wireless every once in awhile. Have to reboot to get it reconnected. Once it reconnects it works great.

Love this printer. Was updating from a previous OfficeJet that wasn't an ePrint printer. This one was so easy to install, I couldn't believe it. I literally plugged it in, turned it on, and my computer instantly recognized it and BAM -- I could print!! Such a beautiful thing!!

I have bought several HP printers and I find them to be pretty reliable and easy to set up. No complaints

My prior printer was a HP Office Jet 6830 and it apparently was a terrible design. Replaced once with bad Print head Continued to have ongoing problems with connection and sortware. Just about gave up on HP and bought this one as it seems to fit my format, size and usibility. So far So good working great.

This printer is exactly what I needed. It is a little bit bigger than I wanted, but the print quality is everything. It really saved my life with for a project that I had to complete and submit before my deadline was missed.

The HP 6978 is just what I was looking for. I like that it uses 4 separate ink cartridges; yellow, cyan, magenta and black. Very useful when printing in color...no wasted ink. Only buy cartridge that runs out the most. A very fast printer. Is fax capable but I have not used that feature.

It works ok. Seem to have issues with paper getting stuck every now and again. It is frustrating. Trying to clear the paper out can be a challenge as well. Quality of print is good! I use the HP app which is nice. I am able to print from my phone or tablet.

I really like this printer. I bought it for a small 1 person home business. The features I like are the top loading feeder, prints double sided, and the print speed. I don’t use color printing all that much. Scanning is easy and the WiFi set up only took a few minutes.

Much better than the Canon printer it replaced. Prints quickly (even from sleep mode). Scanning took some time to get used to but OK now. No idea on ink cartridge life / cost yet.

This is a great inexpensive everyday printer. I love the top feeder option. Efficient for the home office!

I purchased this printer so my wife could begin to sell items online. The company that allows you to do this requires you to print out shipping labels. Picked it up on sale and let me tell you it took less than 5 minutes and she was already putting labels on boxes. This is great for home use and office use.

I was lucky enough to be shopping for a new printer on the day that the HP rep was at my Best Buy store. After completely answering all my questions about a new printer, I purchased this printer with confidence! Set up was a snap, super easy! Cant say enough good about it! Wish I could give it 6 stars!!!

I had gone through 2 different HP printers in the last 3 years and was reluctant to try a 3rd one. After reviewing the other options and seeing the money I could save on ink I decided to try it. So far it was worked flawless and very easy to use. I would recommend this to someone. Instant ink is the way to go.

We purchased this all-in-one to replace an older HP printer and because we had a need for the auto-document feeder. With the exception from time-to-time the printer seems to disconnect from the router we are very pleased with the quality and performance of this product.

Coming from a Eason printer. My biggest sale point was no Need of having to buy a color cartridge just to print b/w for my daughter school papers . After use of a month, it’s twice as fast and setup was far easier with Mac especially since it’s on our WiFi network.... definitely recommend
