I've always like HP products and this printer is no exception. Works great. Easy setup. The HP ink program is great. No going to the store to look for ink cartridges. They are delivered to your door. I would highly recommend this printer!

Not easy to set up but works very well. Sometimes slow when printing due to the printer restoring itself.

It prints from my cell phones, laptops, and desktops all wirelessly. Saves paper by printing double sided. Saves ink with gray scale options. Ink has been holding out well. Creates great scans and copies. Can't comment on the fax function as I don't know anyone who faxes anymore. Highly recommend.

Love my new printer. It replaced an older HP Color Laserjet that was way too big for our home. This little guy does everything and more than our old printer. The family loves the wireless functions and the ability to print from their iPhones or iPads. Highly recommend.

I ordered this on the advice of my dad and my brother. It's a fantastic printer, with all of the capabilities of larger, more expensive MFPs. It's replacing an OfficeJet 6800, who's black cartridge exploded, and the replacement for the ruined printer head was more than my new printer. Love it!!

I purchased this printer to use at home to print materials for my classroom. My own kids use it to print stuff they need for school. Printer works great and I also purchased the ink plan through instantink.com so we never run out of ink.

This unit is convient. Usb port. Wi-fi connectivity is good. Was able to be used for all needed functions

This was a replacement printer for another HP printer. It prints well and is quieter than the old one.

Being technologically challenged to begin with… My apprehension in getting a printer copier scanner fax set up was quite intimidating. The printer was exceptionally easy to set up and it was operating in minutes. Syncing with my laptop and my cell phone was Easy as well

This is our 2nd one of the 697* series. Lasted about 3 years moderate use. Wi-fi from 3 laptops & apps on iPhone & iPad to send a “Print” are nice. Question: did it fail because we left it on 24/7 except for vacations. We we’ll find out. Still a good price for all the features.

This printer was purchased to replace an older HP OfficeJet. I use it mainly for home use with a little after hours office use mixed in. The printouts are great and the colors and clear and sharp. I've had other brands of printers in the past and always go back to HP. Never disappointed!

I am thrilled with this product. The printing is quick ,crisp and easy to use. The color, although not being ideal for photo's -- does a great job for home and mini office printing. Wifi works perfect. Will recommend to others. I also brought the HP Ink package which is worth buying.

I got this for my son for his college dorm room. It is multifunctional and small enough for a dorm room.

This printer maintains a small footprint, is easy to set up on a local Wifi network, and prints well. It's not the fastest, but the ease with which we print from our phones and laptops makes up for this. I didn't like that the initial black ink ran out very quickly, but I guess I should have expected that.

I bought this all-in-one printer for my dad. he loves it. I am thinking about buying one for myself!!

The printer performs very well, when printing, copying and scanning. The ink cartridge design and sizes are much better than before. The ink cartridges do not dry out when sitting for a while like the old design of cartridges did Very pleased with the product, its performance and what I paid for it.

We bought this to replace an old HP printer in a home office. this printer is faster than the one it replaced. The print quality is better as well. I have not used the scan or copy features, but from my experience using this printer, I expect that it will work very well when I need it for that.

I was skeptical as my last HP just stopped catching paper amd was slightly better made, but for my use, it's great. Setup with ease..better scanning of pictures --quality is so much better. My only problem is it uses different cartridges and now have to sell or give away the ones I have. Should have looked first
