HP makes a nice printer. Individual color ink magazines so replace only what needs refilled. WiFi is great to print from cell phone. Quality of prints are good. Speed of prints are good. Only concern is that clean cycle runs a lot, just wondering how much ink that uses. Time will tell.

Great product and easy setup! Best feature is the 2-sided scanning option from the auto-feeder tray.

This printer is good for printing black and white and color materials. The scanner is slower than a true dedicated scanning device, but works great for an all in one printer. The WiFi connection abilities of this printer are an added bonus as well as being able to print directly from an HP email address.

Purchased as a gift for family member who is technologically challenged. With a little help, has been able to use with no problems. Signed up the auto refill plan for computer ink so he doesn't have to go to the store and figure out which cartridge to buy.

It works great; however I print a lot and the XL ink runs out too quick compared to a previous printer.

Have been looking for a good printer for awhile that will scan and print dual sided documents along with scanning multiple pages at once, to which this printer does all of that. This printer has been great to use and I would definitely recommend for a home office or possibly even a small business.

Works well. I will only say that setup is slightly more complicated if you are using an apple device. You have to enable file and printer sharing under bonjour in order for it to pair correctly. If you don't do this first, set up may fail and you will have to start over.

My key criteria was a wireless multi-function color printer with adf that would print both sides without intervention at a reasonably low cost. I don't print a ton but hate dealing with scanning or printing if i have to touch the paper. I have been pleased with everything so far.

Good serviceable printer. Not that easy to set up. Remote printers get works well. A bit temperamental.

Much improved over my old Canon printer..easy to scan, fax, copy and of course print ...all within the house network. The unit does go to a sleep setting so I find I have to remember to turn it back on, usually after I have begun to print. LOL

I like how fast this printer prints compared to my canon. However, the app for the printer is very unpredictable sometimes it wont work, which can be annoying.

This printer was a great purchase for me. It is so great to be able to print from my phone. I am often reviewing emails on my phone while I am binge watching TV programs. Great to not have to get off my couch and print directly from my phone.

Difficult setup. Had to contact HP multiple times to get it working. Now working great without issue

Setup was simple, though I decided to call HP for assistance so it was done correctly. I have not done any printing since then. Only 4 stars since I cannot comment on the functions of the printer. This was installed in a charity resale shop as a volunteer for others to use.

I used the trade-in program at Best Buy to recycle my worn out printer and purchased this one. The printer works great and meets my needs. The Sales Associate was helpful in pointing out some of the features and helped me avoid spending too much money on something I did not need. Setup was quick and easyt

After online research at membership clubs & other stores, Best Buy had the best sale price. Easy setup with step-by-step instructions. Had some Problems getting correct driver loaded. Have only used for it for printing & copying so far and it’s worked fine.

Very happy with the printing and scanning quality and speed of this printer. Not so thrilled on the cost of HP replacement inks (in general). I was able to get a lower price from Best Buy through their price match guarantee, even one week after I had purchased this. Very happy with Best Buy.!

Works well so far. Has a slew of apps that makes it pretty cool. Google drive app is able to print your stuff directly from the printer. The only thing I don’t like is that I can’t rename the printer on the printer itself. You need to do that on a computer or smart phone.

We had to quickly replace our older HP printer (had it 7 years), and picked this one simply because I thought it was a model going out now, and the price was fantastic. Working seamlessly the past month with no issues - has been a great value.

Best Buy always has the latest models and brands. This printer was so easy to set up and perfect size. HP Insta- ink was easy to set up online. Now I never run out of ink and so affordable. Don’t forget to add the warranty for a few dollars for peace of mind..
