Excellent printer. Really easy to use, set up only took a little while to set up on the computer. But since then it has been a breeze to scan, print, and copy.

Our old printer broke and this was recommended to us. Works good and does what we want it to do.

I bought this printer because I work from home and I needed something that I can copy, scan and fax from. The setup was easy and the WiFi option is great, we can print from all over the house. The speed of the copy is pretty quick and the quality is very clear.

Have always had a good experience with HP products. This Officejet 6978 is easy to operate. Installing the ink cartridges is made easy with a step by step procedure. The installation guide explains all hookups straight-forward as possible. My next printer will be another HP.

This printer serves its purpose. Great quality printing for images, documents, and signs. I like that it’s an air printer so I can print from any device. I would recommend for basic home printing, because it takes time to print multiples.

Had to buy this HP after my last one died only after about a 1 1/2 years after purchase. the whole printer head died. this one runs well and quite crossing my fingers and hoping this one will last longer. the reason i bouth this one at Best buy was for the Insurance coverage if it does die.

This printer does everything I need it to: print (paers and photos), copy, and scan. All the features are quick enough, faster than my previous printer.

This is a great printer. It was relatively easy to setup, although HP does really try to enroll you in their cartridge replacement program. The biggest problem is the WiFi disconnects when it is in power save and you have to occasionally cycle the WiFi or restart the unit.

This printer works great. I love that it prints double-sided. I recommend the HP print service.

My 8 year old HP Pro 8500 MFD printer finally died. Actually it was having a constant problem with the print heads. Cheaper to purchase a new printer than replace them. Great printer with all the same functionality but with a slightly smaller footprint.

I purchased this printer because I need one that had WiFi , scanned and copied. I’m still learning how to use this printer. I learn something new everyday! I do like it and it is easy to use. Highly recommend! Setup was very easy it has a mind of its own it told me what to do!!

It takes too long to warm up before print out the first sheet. It ok; but, I wish it was faster.

A great all in one with separate ink cartridges for each colour and XL black for everyday printing.

I needed a lightweight printer for light office and home printing. Wifi printing works great! The only negative is the printer will not print black of the color cartridges are empty.

The copies and scans coming out of this printer are pretty good. My issues with it is it was not easy to install and connect, it takes too much time to warm up for the first copy of the day and it's quite loud.

Using this printer to print and fax documents for my home business. I am running a daycare that is funded by the state so it is essential I have a reliable printer. This one has been everything I needed and more!

This printer works great with our home network had to replac eold printer due to new computer.

Easy to set up. Not as fast as I would like but works good enough for light printing time to time.
