I love that the printer has the ability to complete printing on 2 pages, front and back all by itself turning the page over to be printed. Wonderful. I receive perfect print outs in color, black & white and monochrome. Can't beat the quality for the price of the printer.

This model prints great for the price. Still in the testing phase on different forms of pictures, text, etc. The only drawback is the price of the ink cartridges. Otherwise it is one of the better models I have owned over the years.

I caught this one on sale. Less than $100. Perfect for small business / home office. Super easy to set up. HP makes it pretty much idiot proof with their downloadable wizard. I only buy HP printers. The ink is cheaper than most and easier to find in the store.

The HP - OfficeJet Pro 6978 Wireless All-In-One Instant Ink Ready printer was easy to set up. It comes with the basic ink cartridges that are not full capacity. HP has a great ink program that you can purchase to have the cartridges sent directly to your home.

I was looking for a new printer after my other HP Office jet stopped working. I had it for 10 years and it was great. I decided to purchase this printer since it was the newer version of what I had previously. It works great. I like the touch screen controls and the speed is nice.

I needed something capable of multiple double sided scanning in order to process my records/forms for the military. I found this to be a big help since there is no military resource locally available to me, and FedEx wanted hundreds of dollars and wasn't capable of two sided scanning...

Should’ve bought the extended warranty for the last one that I bought from these guys cause I moved and the thing got dropped and broken and it’s just it was junk so I bought another printer just like the one I had and I’m good to go to great printer does the job

I was unhappy with my old printer and keeping my eye open for a new one. When I saw this printer at close out and Black Friday prices I immediately ordered it. I haven't used it a lot yet but am very pleased so far. Shipping was fast also.

I have had this printer for only 2 weeks. It was not difficult to install but a little tricky to add wireless access to my other computers. That may be because of my ability to understand some of the directions. I consider myself of average ability with technology.

I love this wireless printer. I connect it to my wifi and print from any computer. It is not bulky and has a sleek design which is good on the eyes. I highly recommend this printer. I also purchased it with 50% off.

Excellent printer. Really easy to use, set up only took a little while to set up on the computer. But since then it has been a breeze to scan, print, and copy.

This printer replaced an older model of the same printer. We do a lot of printing at home. The print head gave out after printing a gazzillion documents, a combination of color and black and white. This one seems just as good. We are very pleased with it so far.

I had an older HP printer (2009 model) that always lost connection, so I was hesitant to get another HP. This printer doesn't have the same issues since there's been so much more advanced technology dealing with wifi connection. This printer prints fast and scans equally as fast.

I purchased this printer on sale so price was excellent. Easy to set up, Windows 10 has an app that not only has the setup wizard but also the setting selections and the ink level indicator. The touch screen on the printer is also very easy to navigate

The more I use this printer the more I like it. Print is clear and bold, color is great. Every time I use it I find it does something I didn't even know it could do. I had an hp photosmart printer and I was skeptical of this one but I like it even better!! I'm so glad I bought it!!

This printer was easy to set up. I did have to relocate from where the old printer was. I'm not sure if it was the new modem from the phone company or the printer that would not allow a wireless process. The longevity of the ink cartridges is the only unknown.

This printer does everything I need it to: print (paers and photos), copy, and scan. All the features are quick enough, faster than my previous printer.

I’m not too literate on computers and hooking up peripheral equipment but it was very easy.

the Hp 6978 printer is fast and makes great sharp printed pages. However the instruction sheet that came with the unit was very lacking in instructions on how to set up and use the features of the printer. Love the 2-sided printing and self-feeding coying feature.
