Great product. I still have it. I like this product very well. I can be in my bed, prepare documents on my phone and print from my bedroom. The printer is located in the living room. Very grea! I love it!!!

I purchased this printer on sale so price was excellent. Easy to set up, Windows 10 has an app that not only has the setup wizard but also the setting selections and the ink level indicator. The touch screen on the printer is also very easy to navigate

I have had the same printer for six years. The original printer still prints, but didn’t scan. This was easy to set up and print and scan.

This printer was easy to set up. I did have to relocate from where the old printer was. I'm not sure if it was the new modem from the phone company or the printer that would not allow a wireless process. The longevity of the ink cartridges is the only unknown.

Bought this printer on Black Friday and couldn’t believe the low price on such a quality printer. I have been using it ever since and it is one of the best printers I’ve ever had. It is quick to print and copy and does amazing scan jobs.

Serves my purpose for an inexpensive everyday printer. Not sure about photos as I use my Canon Pixma Pro for that. It does sometimes make noise at startup. Not sure why but it doesn't seem to effect performance.

I had an older HP printer (2009 model) that always lost connection, so I was hesitant to get another HP. This printer doesn't have the same issues since there's been so much more advanced technology dealing with wifi connection. This printer prints fast and scans equally as fast.

I’m not too literate on computers and hooking up peripheral equipment but it was very easy.

the Hp 6978 printer is fast and makes great sharp printed pages. However the instruction sheet that came with the unit was very lacking in instructions on how to set up and use the features of the printer. Love the 2-sided printing and self-feeding coying feature.

The more I use this printer the more I like it. Print is clear and bold, color is great. Every time I use it I find it does something I didn't even know it could do. I had an hp photosmart printer and I was skeptical of this one but I like it even better!! I'm so glad I bought it!!

My last printer gave me over 5000 pages before starting to have issues. This one was easy to set up and begin printing. The only downside is you need a landline to fax.. but, most all in ones are in the same situation. So, I'm a happy camper with this new HP.

Purchased this printer for my grandson who is always printing something. He loves it and it is easy to use. It also can be used with instant ink which I have on my own printer. I never run out of ink. Bought it at a very good price.

This printer is not doing one of the most important things I purchased it for. I like to print pictures on photo paper but this printer will not let me. A blank paper comes out of machine ! I am VERY disappointed in this purchase ! ! ! I stopped at GEEK department in store but was informed they could not help me unless I brought in the machine!

For the price it is very good. This is are third HP printer we have owned and have been very satisfied with all. Colors are sharp black is vivid.. Control panel window could a little larger.to make easier to make changes.. Other then that I would buy a second if needed.

Printer is working great. Got scan, fax, copy n other functionality in one package is awesome.

Great wireless printer for phone, iPad, and laptop. Scans to computer, I use VOIP phone and haven't exactly figured out the fax aspect but faxing is not a feature I plan to use when I can scan directly to email or computer. I like the fact that you have separate ink cartridges for each color.

This is the first true MFP I have purchased. I love it, it was easy to setup. it's pretty cool that I can just send jobs from my phone. I really needed a printer that could scan multiple documents at one time and this does exactly what I need.

I had two HP 2540’s that were very problematic. I decided I needed an upgrade and found this on sale. It’s great! Easy setup, no cords, duplex printing and fast enough. Plus, I was able to get a $15 dollar rebate for recycling one of my older devices.

I can't believe that I waited so long to get it! The wireless printing is an excellent feature; the copies are quick and the color is accurate. The digital touchpad is designed well and is convenient. I particularly appreciate being able to print 2 sided copies.

This printer is everything that it says it is and very easy to set-up. We will be buying another one for my husband's office when all his printer cartridges run out!
