So far seems to be working great. No problem printing from the internet. Setup was easy.

This HP printer is a replacement for and outdated HP. Wish the paper tray worked better. It works well on printing from cell phone or iPad.

I don’t use this for everyday work, I use it for home personal stuff and it does everything I need. It prints pretty quick compared to my old printer. Haven’t used it enough to rate how long the ink lasts! But so far this printer has been pretty good!

Recently, we purchased three 6978 printers due to our excellent experience with the first purchase. Very easy to setup and problem free software installation with our Windows 10 environment and IPhone. Took about 20 minutes from unbox to printing the your page.

The sales associate recommended this printer and it was a great buy. It was very affordable, it prints fast and it has a lot of great features. I've only had this printer for two months, and so far so good. I also love the Instant Ink feature. What a great idea.

My last printer was an HP Officejet wireless all in one and I really liked it, so when I needed another printer, this is the one I choose because my last one was very dependable and made great copies.

I got my printer as an exchange for a Epson that stopped working due to a Motherboard issue. I like it better than the other but lately I've been having to turn it on and off when I need to print if it's sitting idle for a while. Not sure what that's all about but so far so good

Very nice printer for my personal use. Printing is very fast and the resolution is great. Colors are true. It is perfect for my needs. I print a lot of photos and what you see on the screen is what you get when it prints. Very inexpensive. A good value.

HP 6978 printer is a great product, I have tried other printer manufacturers and still come back to the tried and true HP Office Jet line of printers

This is a great quality printer and the cartridge plan makes it possible to print as much as you need and then get automatic refills on the cartridges. My only issue so far has been connecting the printer to various computers in the house; it is not a fast process, but doable.

I have had no issues with this printer. HP backs their products. I had a problem once, sent it into geeks squad, and instead of fixing it, when I went to pick it up, they had completely replaced it for a new one. I was very happy. Best buy Geek squad I also give THUMBS UP!!!!!

User friendly and gets the job done. I only gave it 4 stars because I feel like we run out of ink more often than not. Sometimes I wish we would have bought the $350-400 printer just so we wouldn't have to replace the ink often. Otherwise, no issues. Easy to set up.

I really like this HP Pro 6978. Easy to setup, no smudge prints, and multi page prints are completed in 1/4 of the time from my previous printer.

I had high hopes for this printer with my top priority being a wireless printer that could be printed to using Air Print, cloud printing and regular home network printing. Unfortunately this printer connects to the wireless network, but constantly shuts itself down due to its built in conservation features (which are all greyed out when I try to remove them) and requires me to constantly be turning the printer on and off to reacquire the network so I can wirelessly print to it. Since that was my main need this printer ranks very low for me, but the speed is descent, the quality of print is good, and the speed to copy and scan is good.

This printer prints very clearly and colors are terrific. I don't think the 'on/off' button was clearly marked and I had trouble figuring out how to turn on the printer. It's on the left side near the bottom, just in case you need the info.

I got this printer about a month ago and so far it's performed very well. The printouts come out very clear, the wireless printing is very easy, and the wireless scanning feature was effortless. According to online reviews, the toner is very cost-effective.

Like this HP printer, fax , copier machine. I have had hp printers before n really like them. Easy to use n usually no real problems with them.
