it was a hard time to get it up and running even for the geek squad it now is working

This printer is quite large but does everything you could ever need. It has wireless connection where you connect to the printer's wifi when you want to print or scan. It also does double sided printing and it is easy to replace the ink cartridges for it.

I purchased this printer, because I'm a notary/notary signing agent so it's important for me to have a computer. I like the print quality, but my only complaint is the print cartridges, because the ink runs out quickly which is a pain.

This printer was really a great solution for all my family needs, since it's wireless you can print everything from every device at home, so, there is no need of cables, and my son is happy because he can print wherever he is. It's awesome!

I had planned on purchasing a smaller printer but a sale price, improved features and faster speed all drew me to this model. I am extremely pleased with it in every way. If I had to mention a 'negative' it is that I found that scanning will probably require that you increase the resolution of the scan or you may get a rainbow effect where your original has fine lines or similar. If you increase the resolution, problem gone! So far I really like the Instant Ink feature but I have to admit there is a learning curve to understand all the details of how it works. I have not been able to find any one place where HP has all the details of the Instant Ink system stated clearly. I had to learn by doing which was a bit frustrating for the first month. But I now am very comfortable with it and like it very much. Thank you!

This printer is everything that it says it is and very easy to set-up. We will be buying another one for my husband's office when all his printer cartridges run out!

This wireless monitor was very easy to set up. Love the feeder feature as well as the scanner bed. It's not a monster-sized printer, like some can be, but it is big enough to do the job.

I’ve had this printer for about a year and it was worked amazingly. It prints clearly and can have a memory of multiple copies at a time. I enrolled in hp instant ink and it works great. My printer informs HP of low ink and they send me new ink as soon as possible.

What I like about this printer is you can send a photo from your cell and it will print it. Yes, the printer has its own email. Saves a lot of time in downloading for one thing to another just to get a print or paper from another source. Realiable just like any HP product.

My other one dead an had to replace printer. They didn’t have the same one I had.

I decided to upgrade my printer. This prints quickly and cleanly. It is a finer cleaner output than my previous. I can print from my iPhone with no problem. I can email a file to the printer and when I come in it's waiting for me! And it was one of the least expensive!

Going totally wieless seems the way to go. With eprint, wifi and wifi direct can print from any device, any time and from anywhere. Just love it.

Had to replace an HP 7640 after one year of light use. This was a good replacement but did not have some of the features of the 7640. The output tray does not extend automatically when printing. Good print quality both in color and black and white

This replaces my old HP Officejet 7210. Decided to purchased this HP Pro 6978. It is wireless and blue tooth. The replacement ink for this printer was less expensive than for other printers that Best Buy sells. That was the big reason for purchase.

We are very pleased with this printer. It prints so fast, it's done before you know it. Good quality print job, and good color too. It does take a little bit to warm up for the first print, but after that it prints things so speedy you won't believe it.

Had to replace another HP. Still have ink from older model and not another using the same ink. Went with this smaller version since ink was less expensive. A little disappointed. Reviews said it was quiet, but still rocks the table.

Nice inexpensive printer. Pages are neat and clear. Performs as well as more expensive models. Easy set up, although network connection was a little fussy. Instant ink a nice bonus. Remains to be seen how well it will hold up.
