I followed the step-by-step instructions to set up the laptop. Then took to the Geek Squad to see why I was getting so many pop-ups. They found that the "gift box" freebies that came with the laptop had brought in a virus. Geek Squad reset and cleaned up the virus.

I purchased this printer, because I'm a notary/notary signing agent so it's important for me to have a computer. I like the print quality, but my only complaint is the print cartridges, because the ink runs out quickly which is a pain.

Love the instant ink option HP has. I don't have to worry about running out of ink.

Prints look great for an inexpensive printer no smeared ink like my Epson printer I'll buy HP over Epson any day always had good luck with HP printers

This printer was really a great solution for all my family needs, since it's wireless you can print everything from every device at home, so, there is no need of cables, and my son is happy because he can print wherever he is. It's awesome!

I had planned on purchasing a smaller printer but a sale price, improved features and faster speed all drew me to this model. I am extremely pleased with it in every way. If I had to mention a 'negative' it is that I found that scanning will probably require that you increase the resolution of the scan or you may get a rainbow effect where your original has fine lines or similar. If you increase the resolution, problem gone! So far I really like the Instant Ink feature but I have to admit there is a learning curve to understand all the details of how it works. I have not been able to find any one place where HP has all the details of the Instant Ink system stated clearly. I had to learn by doing which was a bit frustrating for the first month. But I now am very comfortable with it and like it very much. Thank you!

Easy to install and very light weight. The colors are coming out to be very sharp.

My previous HP PhotoSmart printer died. I went to BestBuy to look at all the various printers and brands. I came close to buying an Epson until I saw this HP Printer. It had all the features I was looking including separate color cartridges. It prints like a dream.

The printer works well. Starts slower than my previous HP. Finished copy tray doesn't pop out automatically like my previous HP. Did some scans, but having problems with that now. Fax works perfectly

Very happy with the ease of setup, the performance so far. Son using this printer light to medium duty at school (engineeirng student). Does the job so far. Only concern is overall construction, not sure if it will hold up, have had issues in the past with HP printers under $100.

The HP printers work well, they have been able to keep the quality in construction.

This wireless monitor was very easy to set up. Love the feeder feature as well as the scanner bed. It's not a monster-sized printer, like some can be, but it is big enough to do the job.

This printer is quite large but does everything you could ever need. It has wireless connection where you connect to the printer's wifi when you want to print or scan. It also does double sided printing and it is easy to replace the ink cartridges for it.

We got a really good deal on this printer. Decent for what we need but uses more ink than I would like but what printer doesn't? Nice features and prints at a fair rate of speed. Only feature I do not like is it asks you to verify the paper size every time you want to print.

I really like this printer. It's smart, fast, quiet, and prints beautifully for my purposes. The paper tray is larger, requiring filling the tray less often. Ben, the sales associate who assisted me, was most helpful in making the suggestion to purchase this printer.

Love my new HP printer. Replaced the Brother printer I had previously used and found the new HP printer to be faster and easier to operate. Also I like the large paper tray that holds substantially more sheets of paper.

This OfficeJet Pro printer is absolutely AMAZING!!!! It's compact and not as large as my old one which was great too! I've been let down by any HP printers and this one as been the same. If you're looking for home office printer I would highly recommend this one!!!

I would recommend this printer as a good printer. It is a little noisy when you turn it on and make sure you have the right OS. I had to upgrade mine to get it to work right. Overall, I have only had it for a few months and got a GREAT deal on it. I would say so far so good.

Had to replace another HP. Still have ink from older model and not another using the same ink. Went with this smaller version since ink was less expensive. A little disappointed. Reviews said it was quiet, but still rocks the table.
