Had to replace another HP. Still have ink from older model and not another using the same ink. Went with this smaller version since ink was less expensive. A little disappointed. Reviews said it was quiet, but still rocks the table.

Nice inexpensive printer. Pages are neat and clear. Performs as well as more expensive models. Easy set up, although network connection was a little fussy. Instant ink a nice bonus. Remains to be seen how well it will hold up.

Had to replace an HP 7640 after one year of light use. This was a good replacement but did not have some of the features of the 7640. The output tray does not extend automatically when printing. Good print quality both in color and black and white

I’ve had this printer for about a year and it was worked amazingly. It prints clearly and can have a memory of multiple copies at a time. I enrolled in hp instant ink and it works great. My printer informs HP of low ink and they send me new ink as soon as possible.

Plug it in and follow the instructions. It takes a little time for the initial setup but the printer works very well. I purchased it to handle faxes which are required for some correspondence.

My other one dead an had to replace printer. They didn’t have the same one I had.

This printer works great. Easy to set up. Do not buy a printer with only direct print they always go offline. Not this printer.

This replaces my old HP Officejet 7210. Decided to purchased this HP Pro 6978. It is wireless and blue tooth. The replacement ink for this printer was less expensive than for other printers that Best Buy sells. That was the big reason for purchase.

I love this printer. This is the second one I have had. It prints very fast. The only negative about this printer is that sometimes it has a hard time connecting to my computer.

What I like about this printer is you can send a photo from your cell and it will print it. Yes, the printer has its own email. Saves a lot of time in downloading for one thing to another just to get a print or paper from another source. Realiable just like any HP product.

It's a work horse. Scans and prints on both sides. Uses economical large cartridges. Hogh DPI printing. Software for OCR and scanning.

I decided to upgrade my printer. This prints quickly and cleanly. It is a finer cleaner output than my previous. I can print from my iPhone with no problem. I can email a file to the printer and when I come in it's waiting for me! And it was one of the least expensive!

We are very pleased with this printer. It prints so fast, it's done before you know it. Good quality print job, and good color too. It does take a little bit to warm up for the first print, but after that it prints things so speedy you won't believe it.

I was having trouble printing from my iPad to my old printer. And because the whole family switched from android to iOS , it just made sense to purchase a new printer . Bought this printer and prints like a dream. Really happy with purchase.

My preference is HP printers and the sale price is what led me to purchase this item. I went into the store to purchase a laptop and I asked the sales clerk about new printers. This printer is user friendly and a great buy for the money.

I always used the same brand of printers. The one at my office finally died and I researched for far too long on a replacement. Ultimately, this printer seemed ok on paper, and it was in stock in the store near me, when most printers were not in stock anywhere. I pulled the trigger, got this printer and so far I love it. I only have 2 real complaints. It prints a little slower than I prefer for work but its totally manageable. It also won't scan to my computer unless I open the HP software on the computer first. I actually really enjoy the HP Instant ink and think it is definitely worth the money. Super easy to set up and the software is easy to use as well.

Have only had this Printer for a couple of weeks but it is working as expected. Was very easy to set up and excited to be able to use it more.

From my experience this is the best home office printer available - especially with Instant Ink. Durability, speed, features, price are all exceptional.

This printer has everything I need for my small business I highly recommend it!!
