I love this printer. This is the second one I have had. It prints very fast. The only negative about this printer is that sometimes it has a hard time connecting to my computer.

This printer was easy to set up the wireless connections. Print is great on both wired and wireless connections. When you scan to USB, I had some difficulties finding the drive and using the small keypad to enter a file name. Double-sided is straight forward also.

Prints crisply and quickly. Love the InstantInk option to make sure I always have ink on hand. Wireless capabilities were a bit clunky to set up, but I really think it was my router and not the printer. Very satisfied with the purchase.

We already had a monochrome laser printer, but needed a printer for color printing. I really like the convenience of being able to print from anywhere and any device that you have a internet connection on. Very convenient. Oh, and the print quality is great also.

I always used the same brand of printers. The one at my office finally died and I researched for far too long on a replacement. Ultimately, this printer seemed ok on paper, and it was in stock in the store near me, when most printers were not in stock anywhere. I pulled the trigger, got this printer and so far I love it. I only have 2 real complaints. It prints a little slower than I prefer for work but its totally manageable. It also won't scan to my computer unless I open the HP software on the computer first. I actually really enjoy the HP Instant ink and think it is definitely worth the money. Super easy to set up and the software is easy to use as well.

The printer is accomplishing what we need it to. It is meeting our expectations.

I use this as my home office computer and it has worked perfectly. Anywhere from printing photos to scanning. I can also use my phone and computer through an app that shows me ink levels and so much more.

Printer is efficient and the clarity is great and I would highly recommend it

I found the instructions to install quite easy to follow. I have had no problems printing, scanning or copying. It it so much easier to use than my previous combination or a separate printer and a scanner./copier I should have purchased it sooner.

This printer has many options: printing, faxing, copying, scanning. It does a good job, including communicating wirelessly from my laptop. It would be too slow and maybe not durable enough if I did tons of printing. But, its very good for my needs.

This is a pretty good printer. Not any problem with print quality but for some reason it sometimes will not show up on my iPad to print things. My iPad or iPhone will state there are no air printers available or that the printer is offline.

Bought this printer and am pleased with the ease of getting it set up . Makes nice copies as well . Only thing I would like improved ( thus only 4 stars) wish the instruction book came with the printer - as in -how to use the scanner .

My HP Office Jet Pro 6978 is a great value for a copier. I am glad I ditched my EPSON. The HP is versitale, easy to use, I can print remotely, scan, and fax with ease. Best of all I am saving lots on money on ink cartridges.

I got a good deal on this and did not need one with so many features but I found I actually am using those features. It prints very nice on both sides. I hope the refills do not hurt my wallet. So far I am happy and setup was a breeze.

This HP wireless printer was a great buy. It has not disappointed me thus far. I use it to print mostly college papers which need to be smudge free and neat looking. It does not make a lot of noise when it is printer-another plus.

I was looking for a printer for a good price and for this one. It was a excellent price. Caught it on sale and was not disappointed. I love HP printers, have tried a couple of others and always come back to HP.I have about 3 different HP printers in my home.

I have always loved HP Printers and this one is no exception. Great Printer.
