Wow, this printer is the best home office printer that I have ever seen. I made 2 sided color garage sale flyers, and they were done so fast and looked so good that we were astounded. I printed a coupon from my cell phone, too. I love it!

Bought this primarily to use with mobile devices (ipad, iPhones, etc...) as well as for multi function (scanning, copying, etc...). Setup was flawless, taking less than 10 mins to be completely up an running all wirelessly.

OfficeJet Pro 6978 is perfect for our needs... Very user friendly... This is our 2nd OfficeJet Pro 6978 in over 10 years...

The setup was quick ans easy. The printer itself works pretty well I have no issues with it. The most important features of the printer to me are the speed and wireless printing, and so far it;s doing a great job. I would recommend it

Purchased to replace a older HP printer that was no longer supported and was prone to losing contact by wi-fi. This one was easy to set up, quiet and fast for printing and scanning, and is operating from phone, laptop and desktop. I am pleased.

HP makes one of the best one in all process, this is 3rd one for third house.

I have had no problems except the first one I brought home was defective. Thought it was me, easy exchange except the hassle of running back to the store. I love being able to print from my iPad on the front porch and getting it later

We really love this printer. We have been using it for a couple of weeks and have no issues with it. It was very easy to setup. I am not good with technology, but I was able to follow the directions easily and get it hooked up to the fax and wifi.

I bought this for my son. This is the type I have at home and one at my desk at work. If I get to choose I’m going to buy an HP. Economical, reliable, decent footprint, good quality, duplexing... when printing got a love an HP!

Printer was a great product. Outgrew what we needed to print. My daughter is teacher and needed to print many pages every day so we upgraded to a higher capacity printer from Best Buy

I purchased my HP - Office jet Pro 6978 printer after my office purchased one and I was able to view the printer's output. The print quality has been top notch. When I purchased the printer it was on sale and I did sign for HP's ink cartridge replacement program.

Great printer does what it supposed to do.when buying a printer you can go on cheaper end. In other words you get what you pay for.

Great price and this printer is a work horse. The wireless printing is a wonderful feature and the two sided scanning and printing is legit. The hardest part about setting it up was getting the update for my super old Lenovo laptop.

This printer has been great for all of my printing needs at home. Being a Girl Scout leader requires me to print a lot of things for my troop. This printer has made it easy to keep up with handouts and make digital copies for my records.

This printer does everything I need it to do and it's very fast. Love it!

This is a great printer for most basic functions. It prints very clearly, including basic images; I haven't tried photos yet so I can't vouch for how it does on pictures. The scanner works real well. The utilities interface on the PC is very simple to use. I have it USB connected to my PC, and networked to my laptop and iPad. Depending on how much you print, the stater ink cartridges that come with it can last a decent length of time, but, not too long. I usually buy HP photosmart printers, but, they are beginning to be overpriced, and, I wanted a printer with individual "color" ink cartridges instead of a "tr-color" color cartridge. I highly recommend this printer, unless you specifically need a photo printer. Additionally, HP is the way to go; I have always had bad experiences with Epson printers.

I hate using this printer. I just turned it off it has been over two minutes and it still has not shut down. I will be in the middle of a print job and it will decide to do maintenance which can take maybe five minutes and it will do it several times in one print job. I would never ever buy this printer again. If you need your printing done in a timely manner this is not the computer for you. If you have all the Time in the world for a print job maybe it would be OK.

I have had many hp printers this is like many of them accept it was more reasonably priced and on the hp ink program it will be more reasonable to use. Every one I have had failed with $100 of ink I could not use so this is a new printer with a new plan.

I've had the printer for a little over a month. Setup was straightforward, as was signing up for Instant Ink. Print quality is good. No complaints...., yet. True test of a predominantly mechanical device will be in years 2+.
