It's a really good deal for a printer that does all you can really need from a home office one. It's not the fastest in the world but the accessibility is great. Works over WiFi and you can even email it and print things.

Have only used a couple of features, and systems works well. It takes a long time to set up when I turn it on to use - goes through all kinds of machinations to prepare to print. Print quality on plain paper is good. I primarily use B&W.

Very fast and easy to set up out of the box. I was able to print from my PC and direct from my phone within 30 minutes. A little slow to start printing each time but once going, print speed and quality is good.

Bought this for scanning documents when needing to work from home. Does a great job and have had no issues, except the USB port doesn't want to work with any flash drives. Not critical but I know it's some sort of firmware issue.

The HP Officejet Pro 6978 is a decent printer for under a $150.00. The output print quality is quite good. The replacement ink cartridges are affordably priced which was a major deciding factor for me to buy this particular printer model.

Fast printer in both color and black printing. Like that it does two sided printing automatically. And while I don’t use it a lot the document feeder makes scanning more convenient, especially two-sided scanning.

Most of the time, I wouldn't call myself tech savvy. From start to finish, setting up the printer and starting to use it took less than 20 minutes, and I was going slow. This is the easiest printer setup I've ever done and it works great.

I got this on sale for Black Friday and I gotta say it’s amazing I use it to print stickers and it hasn’t failed me yet

We walked in, bought it, and went home and installed it. No problems, works exactly as we expected, and connected immediately to our home network. What more could you ask for? Okay, yes the price was right as well.

Great printer! Excellent quality printing and very fast. My only complaint is I had to replace the ink within a week, not sure if it was dried out or just that empty.

Bought this for my wife - she’s a school teacher that prints ALL THE TIME. She also has a black laser printer for worksheets but she also likes to print color. We also enrolled in HP Instant Ink which is a pretty good deal as well.

I purchased and installed this for a client who is absolutely in love with this printer. Uses it daily for print, scan, copy in a small office environment. Tells me every time I see her how much she likes it.

So far no problems like the #6835 printhead that can't be fixed.

Like the use of online printer ink to save money. I needed one that would print both sides of the paper from one sided or two sided copies. I could also copy music if needed. It prints much faster than my old one did and that is important.

We had our old HP printer for years and it finally gave out. This new HP printer is great! It prints fast and provides good quality prints. I am very happy with this printer and plan on using it a lot for my Girl Scout events.

the printer and scanner were reasonably easy to setup and use. It was very annoying that they continually tried to make me sign up for automated ink replacement and made it hard to get out of it.
