I'm only giving it 4 start mainly because, I have only used my printer a few times and still getting to learn it. Otherwise I would give it a 5 start. If your looking for a new printer HP hss your back.

Prints quickly and in good quality as well. Easy to load ink cartridges too. The touch screen is kind of small so it's hard to type in internet passwords so I just used a stylist. Very happy with this printer all in all.

Great printer for the money. Easy to set up and connect to our laptop. Got an extra $10 back on this printer using my Ibotta account. Will earn 2% back each time i shop Best Buy! Our last HP printer lasted over 10 years!

This printer is junk. I purchased for my business. I don't do a lot of printing, mostly labels and also use for some scanning. It goes through ink like crazy. You can not use any ink expect HP ink or the printer will not function. In addition to going through ink like water, it doesn't print nice. I attached a picture of a label document I use for my business. I printed one on label paper and one on a plain sheet of paper. You can see those two pages are not in alignment. This has cost me hundreds of dollars. Labels are very expensive and on average I print about 5 sheets to get one usable one. The scanner is also not great. It doesn't matter if you scan from glass or using the feeder, the scan is never straight. Bases on this purchase and the lack of support I have received from HP I will most likely never purchase another HP item again.

I bought this for my granddaughter because she moved into her first place and needed one for college, it was a great price and offered great features. She loves it. Also I have the same one.

Has met or exceeded all expectations, great Product

It takes a little getting used to. My old all-in-one printer was hard wired and responded immediately. This wireless machine has to connect and warm up. However, the quality of the printing is good.

I threw away my 2nd Brother Laser printer and bought this one for less than 1/2 the cost. It prints BETTER & FASTER than either of those ever did! I signed up for the monthly printer program as well and it is awesome!

Prints good quality text and photos. All functions, such as, print, copy, and scan work according to user manual but are a bit slow. Good printer for the price paid.
