It takes a little getting used to. My old all-in-one printer was hard wired and responded immediately. This wireless machine has to connect and warm up. However, the quality of the printing is good.

This printer has been easy to set and has worked great with my WiFi network so that it has made it easy to print from my IPad. I like this printer.

Prints quickly and in good quality as well. Easy to load ink cartridges too. The touch screen is kind of small so it's hard to type in internet passwords so I just used a stylist. Very happy with this printer all in all.

I bought this printer for my wife's small business anbd it works flawlessly. Only neg I would say is that it prints ppm a little slower for a mid size printer that's the only reason I have it a 4 instead of 5

I love the ease of use. The setup was extremely quick and I'm able to print from my phone with no issues.

I threw away my 2nd Brother Laser printer and bought this one for less than 1/2 the cost. It prints BETTER & FASTER than either of those ever did! I signed up for the monthly printer program as well and it is awesome!

Good all around printer. Display screen well positioned and easy to read. Setup easy and well documented. provides step by step instruction. Wireless network setup a no brainer as printer does it all

Prints good quality text and photos. All functions, such as, print, copy, and scan work according to user manual but are a bit slow. Good printer for the price paid.

In the first couple weeks I have had this printer it has lived up to expectations. It is great for our small company since we only print a few times a day but also need to be able to scan documents.

my old printer was down for 8 months while I lived in Texas for the winter. upon returning, I could not print. I went through all the tutorials online to get the old printer to work. no luck and I was and am upset about the the quality of a printer that doesn't work because it was idle for a while. not happy so I purchased a new printer. upon my purchase, it was easier to set it up with wifi. however, the printer in Texas is doing the same thing, only being idle for 4 months or less. I will work on it again, with tutorials and trouble shooting, I hope I don't have to buy another printer for Texas.I just purchased over $50 worth of ink for a printer that doesn't PRINT! Old printer was fine, new printer is fine, but am losing money.
