I bought this printer to replace another HP I had for a few years. Not disappointed at all! Very good construction, high quality printing and set up was a breeze on my home network

This is the 3rd HP All-In-One printer I have purchased in last 7 years. This one for my parents who are new to technology. They can easily use and connect to their laptop and tablet.

The printer is easy to set up and set up over wifi. The thing I love the most is the instant ink program which saves me a lot of money in ink cartridges. Printing is fast too even on high quality.

I bought this printer and I think soon afterward, this specific brand was discontinued. Getting ink was very difficult and expensive. The wireless printer set up was also a mess. Half the time it would connect and other time it would not. But when it did work, it worked wonderfully. It did everything a printer should do quickly and quitely. It's a shame we don't have a fax line set up since we don't run a business. If it did not go out of business or the ink was not so expensive, i would have given it 5 star.

This works very will with the Windows Fax & Scan program. First one that was easy for plug and play. HP did this one right. Scans through feeder 10 pages at a time with ease.

My old printer suddenly stopped working. Went down to the store and found this for a great price. It was on sale. And I got extra discount when I brought my old one in.

Excellent printer. Works as advertised. Always have good experience with HP and Best Buy.

This printer is seamless and very proficient. I found that it was an easy setup ad enjoy using it.

We haven't had a printer in some time. Very easy to use wifi printer. The HP Ink subscription makes it easy to maintain the proper ink. Never be without.

Bought one for the office, partner loves it so much he had me download the manual so he could learn even more things it could do for him, a first for him as he normally hate technology.

All-in-one with duplex printing that prints fast. Seems to go through a lot of ink, but I think that the manufacturers are all putting less ink in the cartritdges than they used to.

The only problem I've had is when printing from a web page it prints garbage unless I use the back arrow and then reload the page. Then it prints fine. I could not tell you why.

Very pleased so far. it scans directly to printer, multiple photos at a time, 2 sided printing. the auto ink refill account is a must. works great as a copy machine as well.

I’ve had a number of HP printers over the years. Most are needs for large jobs and come with a large footprint. This is a nice small(ish) printer for printing small jobs Good value

Our prior HP printer got a paper jam that I couldn't fix. We went to Best Buy to try to get a new printer that used the same ink - we had ink left in the printer, two cartridges in an opened case and two unopened cartridges. When we got to Best Buy, we talked with the HP representative. He said HP no longer sells new printers that use that ink. He showed us the current HP printers that replaced our all in one. There were two models, one for $200 and one for $100. He asked how we use the printer - he thought the $100 printer would meet our needs. We bought that one. It was okay to set up - no real problem, just a lot of steps. The printer has worked fine. It does mess up a picture once in a while.

The print and scan functions work well. The last couple of HP's I'd had scanned everything slightly crooked. The touch screen menu is a little clunky. Too many "clicks" to get simple tasks done. I would have given it a higher rating except for the really poor "Ink on Demand" experience I had. HP insisted on charging for pages made with ink I purchased when I bought the printer. They are able to remotely sense when one of the "Ink on Demand" cartridges is loaded, so I would assume they could tell when a direct-purchased cartridge is generating pages. Cancelled the service. It took some of the shine off the printer itself. Made me realize HP still hasn't got the software part of their products right.

Nice do-all printer. Easy installation, seems to be doing all it claims to so far. Nice price. Cartridges will likely eat us alive long-term, but that's par for the course.

This is a great, versatile HP all-in-one printer with a lot of nice features, including wireless and document feeder. And I love the fact that it is instant-ink ready.

Good printer for every day uses. Why spend more for simple copying jobs? This one does meet my needs.
