I have had some printers in the past that did not live up to the advertisement!!! However, this has been as advertised, and EVEN more!! Strongly recommend this printer!!

Printer works quickly and efficiently, so far so good. haven't had any problems. This type of printer is good for someone that needs to print on a daily basis. Quantity and quality.

Extremely pleased with the purchase of my printer. It does everything I wanted it to do plus more! And the price was extremely reasonable. A lot of bang for the buck!

The machine is still new and have not used it much but so far it is doing very well.

No problems with wi-fi and the print is good quality. I don't have a smart phone so I had to download the software. This took forever and used all of my PC resources.

Purchased for work. 10 to 50 copies/pages a day. Works fine. Ink is the real cost. Which we have several printer that use same ink and was big factor in getting this printer.

We've had this for almost 2 years and it is by far the best printer we've ever owned. Reliable, easy on ink and ink cartridges are easy to change.

We really like the design of this printer. The way that the paper loads in the drawer instead of top loading is super! Having print, fax, scan, copy & web all in one is a real asset!

Had a printer but wanted one with more features for personal printing. Very similar to my corporate printer and does all I wanted, especially the Wireless access.

This printer has worked great so far, I have not yet done any heavy printing on it as I bought it after the school year. Copier & scanner work great. I have not used the facsimile feature.

In general, the market for all-in-one seems to be diminishing as far as options, even from the same mfrs with earlier models. As business goes global, less models, like this product, accommodate 8x14 paper (for scanning) and less photo paper or memory ports from digital cameras. HP has always put out a fabulous scanner. Their stand-alone was THE best. I like this product lots and was looking forward to taking advantage of the printer special for the first three months (great deal) when I set up the printer, but something went wrong and it didn't work. I.hope if I call, cx will work with me; they DO tend to have a great cx team. Looking forward to this lasting longer than 2 years.

Fairly decent printer. Can be kind of noisy and some times will go off line, but I'm not sure if that's my internet connection or the printer itself. However, the printer does what it is supposed to.

I have been very happy with this printer so far. I print several photos to send to my family members who live away from me. The quality of the prints has been great.

It is great. Better than any printer I have owned. It is fast and runs more than one page at a time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a medium priced printer that gets the job done.

purchased after years old offjet would not perform all functions. ratings, functions and price led me to the 6978. was easy to install and has all the functions I need.

Nice Quality Print. So far of having this printer, I really have nothing bad to say.
