This printer had the perfect features for the perfect price. We don't have a home office, so this fit the bill for what we use it for. Easy to install and easy to use.

This is a good printer especially for the price. Never had a printer that could print double sided in this price range.....that alone is worth it. Good quality and HP ink program is great as well!

I got a great deal on this printer and it is exactly what I was looking for. It is a little large but it works great, it has the ink ready and wireless feature which is awesome. No issues.

You can never go wrong with an HP Printer. My last one lasted over 10 years, and this one, inexpensive but works and prints like an expensive office machine! Would definitely recommend!

Great printer, easy to hook up to wifi and print.,Hp instant ink is a good idea. Instant ink cartridges have more ink in them than the one you buy in the stores. At least that's what Hp says.

I have had a HP printer for over 15 years. Always have been pleased with the results. This HP continues that trend for me. This is a basic all around printer. Its simple and effective for my needs.

Easy to set up and easy to install. Prints color nicely and does back to back well. Have only used for a month so I can’t give it a five at this time. But a solid 4 right now.

This printer is easy to set up and easy to use. It has come a long way since the wireless ho printer I purchased 4 years ago which was also a pain to set up and use.

I had a few HP printers that all died. I avoided HP for years and this model won me over. Don't waste your time with a home printer. OfficeJet is the way to go.

great wifi connection and easy installation and setup. i put this machine on the 3rd floor where i work and while my wifi router is at the 1st fl, it connects the router and wifi easily,

The printer was east to setup and works fine. It is confusing with the many models available from HP and others to figure out the correct deveice to purchase. I am happy with my choice, however.

The printer is wireless and had help from a friend to set it up and Got the connection set to my iPad and our old computer. Not sure yet if it works on all yet but it does on the iPad.

Overall this printer is great especially for the price. It prints super fast and all functions work properly. I wish it would scan a little faster but then again it is a desktop printer .

Very easy to set up, love the two-sided printing and being able to print from all my devices (including my phone). For someone who is not a computer/printer guru this is an excellent product.

I love that I can print from my phone or computer anywhere I am. The printer connects to WiFi and knows when the ink is low and new ink comes to my door before I run out.

Has it all, not too big which is good. It looks like a commercial printer in a mini version. I already have issues with it connecting when scanning which is very unfortunate. I gave up on it for now

The HP Pro 6978 works smoothly with minimum frustrations. If there is a problem it usually can be handled by the printer itself. The printing is clear with good colors and deep black.

Printer works perfectly with so many functions including automated 2 sided printing. Also, I’m able to print wirelessly from quite a distance. Would highly recommend this printer.
