We've had this for almost 2 years and it is by far the best printer we've ever owned. Reliable, easy on ink and ink cartridges are easy to change.

The printer was east to setup and works fine. It is confusing with the many models available from HP and others to figure out the correct deveice to purchase. I am happy with my choice, however.

great wifi connection and easy installation and setup. i put this machine on the 3rd floor where i work and while my wifi router is at the 1st fl, it connects the router and wifi easily,

The printer is wireless and had help from a friend to set it up and Got the connection set to my iPad and our old computer. Not sure yet if it works on all yet but it does on the iPad.

Overall this printer is great especially for the price. It prints super fast and all functions work properly. I wish it would scan a little faster but then again it is a desktop printer .

Very easy to set up, love the two-sided printing and being able to print from all my devices (including my phone). For someone who is not a computer/printer guru this is an excellent product.

Easy to set up and easy to install. Prints color nicely and does back to back well. Have only used for a month so I can’t give it a five at this time. But a solid 4 right now.

Has it all, not too big which is good. It looks like a commercial printer in a mini version. I already have issues with it connecting when scanning which is very unfortunate. I gave up on it for now

This printer is easy to set up and easy to use. It has come a long way since the wireless ho printer I purchased 4 years ago which was also a pain to set up and use.

I had a few HP printers that all died. I avoided HP for years and this model won me over. Don't waste your time with a home printer. OfficeJet is the way to go.

The HP Pro 6978 works smoothly with minimum frustrations. If there is a problem it usually can be handled by the printer itself. The printing is clear with good colors and deep black.

I love that I can print from my phone or computer anywhere I am. The printer connects to WiFi and knows when the ink is low and new ink comes to my door before I run out.

Printer works perfectly with so many functions including automated 2 sided printing. Also, I’m able to print wirelessly from quite a distance. Would highly recommend this printer.

This printer takes care of all my printing needs. It's easy to use & is dependable. Hopefully it doesn't use a lot of ink, this remains to be seen. This is our 2nd HP printer & is a good brand.

Printer came in as quick as promised and set up was easy, even for tech challenged :) Print quality is really good for documents. Have not tested the picture quality yet on photo paper.

This multifunction works fantastic. Much faster than our 6 year old printer. We got this one for the feed tray for scanning. It's very fast for a home use printer.

I have not used an HP printer for years, but this was one was well priced so I tried it as a replacement for an old Epson. So far it has worked quite well-- fast printing, and good quality.

Simple and easy to use. I have been very happy with the printer. Easy to set up. It is been easy to buy additional in cartridges and I’m very happy with the purchase.
