Good printer, decent with ink useage, clear, clean printing. This is my second one as the first had a printer head go. Easy exchange with Geek Squad.

Great printer so far! We have had no issues with it. Very easy to hook up and start using right away.

This printer works faster that the HP 6500 that I previously owned. So far I have not had any issues. It was very easy to install and get operational.

Very pleased with this printer/scanner/copier, etc. Can access it from a mobile phone. Does two-sided copies and print is very clear.

The printer does a good job for my personal office. The only challenge is how many times I find it 'offline' and need to reboot it or my laptop.

Clean fast printing and scanning. Prints seamlessly via moble and wireless via PC. The feeder goes smoothly and without pages sticking together.

This printer/ fax/ copier was extremely easy to set up. It pretty much set up by itself. After set up it's very easy to use and learn.

Also love the feature of scheduling shut down at night and powering up in the morning. The print quality is also good beside supporting sumsung print.

I purchased this printer to replace a much older one and had it up and running in less than five minutes! Be sure to stock up on the ink!

In general this has been a very good printer. At times for some reason it simply refuses to print and ques print jobs. It releases the print jobs perhaps days later andn then prints everything, for some reason the que cannot be cleared. HP does have some issues with this printer. HP tech support has tried to help, however their attempts have been unsuccessful.
