Bought this printer for personal use and its fast So far no complaints

When I first purchased this printer I fell in love. My main issues with printers is that they don't stay connected to my Macbook Pro. I've ran through many printers, but this one was the one that stuck around for the longest. I'm used to reconnecting the printer every week, as with this one she stayed connected for about 6 months, until the other day. Very annoying to reconnect this one back with the mac because couldn't find the printer for the longest time. It works again, but we'll see how long until it disconnects again.

I like the idea of being able to print from your phone but after set up of the printing from phone I had difficulty just printing from a computer.

Very nice and useful. Needs more directions for people who are not as advanced in how to use it. I would recommend this printer. Love it

Installation and setup went smoothly and operation has been troublefree so far. Replacement of ink cartridges is quick and easy. Best choice.

Bought this slamming printer. It works great and prints well

I went from a $250 Epson that started to fail and image quality was inconsistent. This is an ink thirsty machine and it tended to create IRQ conflicts which the Epson didn't do. Interface is good and fairly simple. Ink change is easy and scanning and other software is quite good. Duplex printing not an issue (yet), no jams yet. Print quality is good, but not great - but does everything I need which is not much.

I set up the unit in about 5 minutes and had network printing without any hassles. The scanner function works great and the feeder makes it even easier.

This printer works wonderful. Great color, double sided printing, can copy, scan, print and fax. Awesome product

Set up was easy, does everything you need it to (print, copy, scan) and it has a colored touch screen interface. Comes with starter ink cartridges too.

While the HP 6978 printer worked, it worked well. One day it quit printing Cyan, causing the pictures to not come out as needed - no blues. We took it to Best Buy, the Geek Squad determined that it was not repairable and HP basically said the same thing. It was out of the one year HP warranty period, but not our Geek Squad warranty! They took it back and issued a credit for the purchase price, as there were no similar printers to replace it.

In general this has been a very good printer. At times for some reason it simply refuses to print and ques print jobs. It releases the print jobs perhaps days later andn then prints everything, for some reason the que cannot be cleared. HP does have some issues with this printer. HP tech support has tried to help, however their attempts have been unsuccessful.
