Bought to install for a client. It was a breeze to set up and the price was just right. Has all the functionality needed for a personal business.

We've had this printer for a month or so now and it does the job just fine. It is replacing a different HP printer we bought just a couple years ago. That printer stopped working because there was a problem with the print head. The previous model did not have a print head cleaning option and the print head was not removable, so we were stuck. This printer at least has a print head cleaning option. Hopefully, it will last longer than the last one.

We have had opportunity to use everything on system, accept the fax machine, don't know home number! Picture quality wonderful as well as the print.

We use this at home to print off homework, permission slips, etc. It does use up ink pretty quickly, but it was very easy to set up.

this printer is good for a home or small office. We print on it very often and the quality is great but sometimes it slows down.

COMBINE THAT WITH THE WIRELESS SETUP AND BEING ABLE TO PRINT A DOCUMENT FROM YOUR PHONE BY USING THE APP OR SIMPLY SENDING IT TO THE HP PRINTER'S CUSTOM EMAIL ADDRESS AND THIS THING IS HANDS DOWN AN UNBEATABLE PRINTER ANYWHERE! NOT TO MENTION, IF YOU REFER A FRIEND YOU BOTH SAVE ON THE INK PLAN, SO ESSENTIALLY THIS PRINTER PAYS FOR ITSELF IN LES THAN A YEAR!!!!

I had another printer and it gave me a lot of problems. I came back to HP because of the ink and the price. It was a good choice.

I bought this printer for the purpose of using my Cricut for crafting. They go hand in hand and has a great printing quality.

So I researched for about 3 weeks before I decided on the OJP 6978. I decided NOT to sign up for the ink program opting to purchase when I need to. So far there hasn’t been any snags, set up was quick and painless, printing has been fairly easy. Wireless connection has been good, I’ve printed from several locations throughout my home with my Mac and PC laptops as well as from my iPhone and this printer hasn’t let me down. If any changes for the worse (hopefully not) I will update my review but so far it’s been good.
