Good Product - Easy to Use

The wireless installation to my laptop was a bit difficult. When I contacted support they basically tried to sell me the security & support from Geek Squad. I was very surprised and consulted a friend who does IT. I got the advice that my Norton Security had blocked some files that were needed to install - so I had to turn it off in order to install the printer. Why didn't the HP help suggest that? instead of trying to send me to the Geek Squad?

Nice Printer

But was hesitant to buy a new one. Decided on the HP OfficeJet 6978, which is a sleek, nice looking machine, and quieter than the 6700. I have used it only a few times, and so far, love it!
