Great all in one printer. Great buy, highly recommend

Have printer on wifi and print documents from my phone. At age 54 this was easy to setup and use. I highly recommend it.

The printer was easy to hook up and we really like the fact that it's wireless so we have more flexibility about where we can place it in our office. The ink cartridge lasts a lot longer than our old printer. We haven't yet used the printer to print photos. The only issue is that it became disconnected from the WiFi and we weren't able to print after we installed it. Not quite sure how that happened but my husband was able to figure it out. We are not that tech savy so it's probably something we did incorrectly on our end.

This is my first wireless printer. Wow, mostly printing from my phone. Different but good. Works well, it's quiet, great start

This is a solid printer. I didn’t think I would use the hp instant ink feature but I did. I like it. The print quality is good too.

I've only had the printer for a couple of months, but so far it has not given me any problems. The wireless installation to my laptop was a bit difficult. When I contacted support they basically tried to sell me the security & support from Geek Squad. I was very surprised and consulted a friend who does IT. I got the advice that my Norton Security had blocked some files that were needed to install - so I had to turn it off in order to install the printer. Why didn't the HP help suggest that? instead of trying to send me to the Geek Squad?

I prefer HP products, this printer is easy to use. Works well with my home WiFi , computers, and multiple iPads/iPhones in our house.

It was easy to install and use.Recently we had to utilize the scan function,we followed the prompts and it worked out well.

Yes you can. I’ve had numerous printers from very expensive to basic. This printer was the easiest to setup and use. It is the BOMB!!

I feel I needed to be an engineer to hook up our devices with the printer and also to get the ink supply service going. We had to go over instructions again and again. I'm computer savvy, but computer instructions needs to be simpler. Only have made three copies as yet--but seems to be good printing Display for instructions is better than previous semilar model. As not in US all time-the ink supply introduction wasn't the best for us- We are gone for first two months. Needs to be more flexible as when start ink supply after buying.

Nice printer. Easy online setup. A little bulky, but considering it's an All In One...that's what you have to deal with. Print quality is great.

HP simply makes the best all in one printers. Wireless setup with Windows 10 and all our smartphones and tablets was a piece of cake.

The first set up wouldn't allow me to print, but once I reinstalled it, it's been printing fine. Scans and prints clear pictures. No complaints!

It is fast and convenient. I can put a lot of paper in the tray and I can print from anywhere in my apartment.
