Good Product - Easy to Use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've only had the printer for a couple of months, but so far it has not given me any problems. The wireless installation to my laptop was a bit difficult. When I contacted support they basically tried to sell me the security & support from Geek Squad. I was very surprised and consulted a friend who does IT. I got the advice that my Norton Security had blocked some files that were needed to install - so I had to turn it off in order to install the printer. Why didn't the HP help suggest that? instead of trying to send me to the Geek Squad?

All in one, done and done.

We had to go over instructions again and again. I'm computer savvy, but computer instructions needs to be simpler. Only have made three copies as yet--but seems to be good printing Display for instructions is better than previous semilar model. As not in US all time-the ink supply introduction wasn't the best for us- We are gone for first two months. Needs to be more flexible as when start ink supply after buying.

Printer works great
