I've had it for some time now and it works great! I love the cartridge replacement plan HP provides. It is indeed worry free and they sent me new ink every time they see I'm running low. Not sure if this plan works for people that print a lot but it is super great for those like me that don't need a ton.

excellent printer for small office or residential

Only issue is heavy ink usage partially offset by individual cartridges. Black being used the most can be changed without having to change color cartridges. Would definitely recommend purchase.
