My New HP 6978 - Happy!!!

The rollers started going out on me and then there were disconnection issues with the Wifi so it was time to retire it...it took some time to find the right one...and the right color because most of the newer HP printers are white. This is a breath of fresh air!

Adequate Printer

Can't scan via the Dell, so must save to USB and then proceed. Goes to a lot of cycling before it prints. Good quality of printing. Good thing that I don't use the printer as I did a year ago, otherwise, this would've gone right back and purchased a laser printer.

Great Printer

Got this because of the automatic 2 sided copying and scanning, which the 6968 doesn't do. At least not automatically (she didn't want this option, don't ask me why not). I've not had any issues with my printer nor has she had any issues either. Printer is always on in standby mode (my setting). Does everything I need it to do. Even orders new ink cartridges automatically with Instant Ink.
