The only reason I gave 4 Stars—instead of 5 is I had some difficulty using the touch screen. It’s my issue and will resolve with more use. Wonderful help and information from sales associate. I’m quite happy with my purchase.

Easy to install with WiFi connection which worked the first time. I was also informed of the replacement ink program which I immediately enrolled. The sales man was very helpful in helping me choose the right printer for my need and explaining the benefits of the ink program. I would be happy to recommend Best Buy to my friends regarding the purchase of a printer.
