    I bought 2 of these, 1 for house and 1 for camper. Quiet mode is just that, I can barely hear it when it "awakens" from hibernation to print. When it is printing I keep checking on it because it is so quiet. Touch screen is great, just have to play with it to figure out where and what each symbol means or you could read the manual. If you subscribe to HP instant ink, it's even better.
