The HP technical support is fantasticthey knew right off the bat to unplug the modem and router and printer and start over

Good, once it installed

First, the installation stalled, turned out to be a defective initial ink cartridge. Used Chat support, found out had to use those special cartridges. CS said they would send replacement. That took 9 days! My order of regular cartridges from amazon took 2, but coulnd't use them. When new initial cartridge arrived, printer installed until it got to instant ink sign up and went crazy. Used Chat again. More than 3 hours later, they finally had it working. I have been doing my own electronic support for many, many years and have never found myself so totally dead in the water, and for over a week. HP seems to have no understanding that someone who buys a $100 printer probably does NOT have an IT department to install it.

Great printer

The main future that we were looking for was that the printer could print double sided. It saves paper and makes the jobs less bulky. This one does it and it does not required a special motor behind it so the printer is actually smaller. It does all its function PERFECTLY. .
