    I am now happy with printer, but was not easy for me to get set up. I had to chat with HP to get wireless set up. Then had to chat with them again to get scanner set up. Probably 1-1/2 hours total for both chat sessions. This was the second printer, first one I got was defective. Best Buy took back with no problem, so time was spent with HP chat on the first one that never worked.
