    I only have this item for two weeks and so far it is working okay for the purpose that I bought for--printing... I have to navigate yet the other functions of this printer...I wonder if any of the customer representatives can help me with this matter..I would appreciate it if you can and please let me know the possibility of such situation...Thank you.
