Set up issues

This unit replaced an HP All-in-One that failed after 5 years of household use. Took me 10-15 min to get the old one set up. Had issues with the set-up of this one, wasted over an hour before connecting w/ HP chat help to complete the set up. Device indicated "connected". Desktop could not find it so nothing would print. After 20 min of help all seemed well. 5 days later the same issue re-occurred and required a repeat HP Chat help. A week has gone by and all is working Ok. I'm no IT expert (obviously) but can generally follow directions and do basic trouble shooting. Though glad Chat was available and very helpful, I think I should have been able to pinpoint the issue if better start up instructions were provided.
