    The HP representative was very nice, and told us about the features of the HP printer. It has been nice be able to print from a computer and/or cell phone. The drawer to put the paper in is a plus. I'm not having to reload it in between uses. It will print on both sides of the paper when needed, which saves paper and keeps recipes (for my wife) or patterns together.

    Nice printer, until it dies. This printer lasted about 4 years before it gave me an error. It quickly become apparent that there was no easy fix and a new printer was needed. I already had a bunch of cartridges for this model so it was easier, and cheaper, to buy another one.
