So I go through the tedious process of cleaning the heads. •After cleaning, the thing STILL does not print. I literally had to remove the black ink cartridge and bang it on something hard. Then it started to print...but STILL with smudges. I had to clean the heads THREE time!

It is impossible to speak with someone from HP. Customer service sucks. The ink replacement program is awesome. The print quality for pictures is vibrant and of good quality, for the price.
