Great Printer

This printer has served me well. I would have given it 5 stars but the print speed is a little slower than I expected. Also, the fax sometime stalls and never sends. Other than that, its a great printer. It also prints pictures well.

Took awhile to set up. Still cannot scan from printer to my laptop. Use a thumb drive to scan to and transfer the thumb drive to my lap top.

great small desktop printer

No issues connecting it to my mac and getting started. Got it on sale - great buy for the price but even if not on sale I think this is a great printer.

Good printer, Very difficult set up

The one problem I did have with the printer was setting it up. I literally spent two hours on the phone with technical in India. Once the printer is set up it works real well.

Excellent Product

HOWEVER, when it comes to its printers, I sing the praises of HP. This model is excellent and it does exactly what it is designed to do. I also like the HP Ink Program that I enrolled my printer in. I think the price and quality are on target.
