Decent and Efficient

Even after adjusting the settings, the copies only printed on ONE side---I needed a double sided copy. I tried ALL options and still came out with a one sided copy! Ugh! Overall a decent printer if you're not trying to do too much :)

The HP ink refill program is effortless and for less than one refill on my former printer will fill my ink needs for the year (former approx. $30-40 vs current at $36 per year at 50 pages/month).

Difficult to set up but works fine once set up

The only problem I had was the set up - it was not as easy to download the software etc as HP would make you think. And, HP had an annoying push to sell me ink on an automatic basis.

One of the BEST All In One Printers

HP always has the best prices on ink too unlike Epson who charges way more. The intuitive LCD screen is also very helpful and the print quality is not the best in the world, but it gets the job done.
