Replacement Printer

A new, same model replacement was still available. It arrived at store, a message was sent for pick up and curbside service was an easy process.

Reliable workhorse personal printer

In my first month, so not sure how efficient it will be with ink so holding off on that fifth star for now. The paper tray holds a lot of paper (200) and there is a catch tray for your finished product. I like that. No problems at all.

Good Product with a "2 year warranty?"

At checkout we were informed that a 2 year warranty was available...which we took. Upon today's installation of our HP Printer...the mfg. advised up of a ONE year warrantee? Am wondering if HP is for 1 year and Best Buy is saying they have additional year?? Any help would be appreciated. db

The wireless technology is what made me purchase this printer. Easy setup with step by step direction was a breeze. The speed and how sleek it looks make this a great buy. Strongly recommend this to anyone for a printer.

Good value for price

Best Buy folks in Winter Garden FL honored warranty and new unit working fine first month. Best to evaluate same next year thus time—I would recommend to others if it survives one year of very modest usage.
