Good value for price

Best Buy folks in Winter Garden FL honored warranty and new unit working fine first month. Best to evaluate same next year thus time—I would recommend to others if it survives one year of very modest usage.

6978 printer

I like all the features. The only thing I had trouble with is getting this printer connected to the HP Smart app.

HP! Except No Substitutes!

Their build quality is still impressive, and I hope to continue to purchase from HP. This was on sale, and for the price I paid, I couldn't have asked for a better printer with all its functionalities.

Great all-in-one

Does everything that is needed for a basic home office. Definitely recommend. I would give it a 5 but the only con I have noticed is that the printer doesn't always automatically connect back to wifi after it has woken up from sleep mode.

Decent Printer for the cost

The printing is a little slow and it wont email my scanned documents to my computer. But, overall for the price, it is a good printer

Replacement Printer

A new, same model replacement was still available. It arrived at store, a message was sent for pick up and curbside service was an easy process.

Hope this one will be my best printer

Wireless set up was easy. Ink cartridges are small, so jury is still out on their longevity. Printing speed for black only is fast. I didn't give it 5 stars because the printer is pretty loud when operating.
