Dependable and simple

If any downside it rejects my surplus HP ink cartidges I had. Only receives the cartridges from my instant ink subscription. That is sad and frustrating so I marked this down when I should mark down Instant Ink plan instead

The replacement ink cartridges are far too expensive. We were purchasing off label cartridges online. HP updated our printer over the internet and the other cartridges no longer work. Seems like a monopoly to me.

Great printer for multiple uses...

Very pleased with the functionality and ability to print via AirPrint. HP Printers can have hiccups and be finicky, they are a solid investment and all I have used for the past 20 years. I highly recommend this model.

Good printer for docs, not so much photos

My only issues are photos come out dark and the back side of pages sometimes aren't straight, even though the front side is. HP actually sent a replacement because the scanner was yielding skewed results using the ADF.
