I had one just like it before, but decided to replace it recently due to ink issues. I was using cartridges that were refilled at my local Costco. I think the machine did NOT like the refills and it just quit printing.

Being able to print two sided without having to physical touch the paper was a great time saving benefit. Easy to change the ink, and all the capabilities of this printer including scanning are exactly what we needed.

Great printer for multiple uses...

Very pleased with the functionality and ability to print via AirPrint. HP Printers can have hiccups and be finicky, they are a solid investment and all I have used for the past 20 years. I highly recommend this model.
