Compact and easy to use. Runs out of ink too fast.

Printer works well. My only criticism is that it's a little difficult to insert paper in the paper tray. It would also be nice to have a user's manual with this printer.

This is our 3rd one, exchanged on warranty!! First lasted almost 2 years when a plastic piece down in the cartridge area broke off, and they replaced it on the BB Protection plan. 2nd lasted only 6 months, when everything went wrong, maybe due to a power outage???? Ink colors were off, pagination was off, etc. Took that one back on warranty. I needed one immediately, so got the same one on warranty. Now this 3rd one doesn't see one of the computers, is always giving me messages that I am not connected. I am always turning it off and back on again, and it takes 60-75 seconds go to through maintenance, which BB says it does because I didn't print within a week! That is not always the case, because it can do the maintenance at random on the same day.

I like this printer better than the one purchased a few years ago. I use this mainly for documents, but I enjoy printing photos from my phone. I highly recommend this product. Thank you HP!

I purchased this copier and couldn't be more pleased. It provides me with the copier and scanner features that I was looking for and is user friendly. My copying needs are not in high volume so can only recommend this product for anyone having lower volume needs. This product has worked well for me!

Perfect replacement for the new "kids" office. Replaced an older model now that both kids were taking over my home office space for their virtual school. Made it through the school and work year and still working great.

So far so good as I am in 2 weeks of usage. Excellent product. The double sided feature is so nice. Less use of paper on documents that are for informational. Sign up for the ink service as well. We will see how that goes. They already sent me a brand new set of ink just to have on hand when I run out.

This is a great printer. It has all the bells and whistles I need for my home use and I can use all sizes of paper, envelopes, photo paper, etc. Auto document feeder and the Instant Ink program is terrific. No worries when to order ink and saves me a ton of money on ink. I got one for my son as well.

Paper jam already. Hope this last longer than my last two HP printers.

I purchased this printer for home office use. It works great for the price except that I have trouble when faxing 5-6 pages. The pages get jammed with a loud noise and I need to fax the documents again and again sometimes. That's probably an issue with my printer, planning to exchange; if the problem continues.

Printer setup was simple. Small footprint. Good quality pictures. Hp instant ink feature is a great perk for the price. Also the smartphone app is loaded with features. I honestly do not prefer hp products from past history but this printer has definitely started to change my mind.

Good little printer. Especially like the hp ink program where my ink supplies are automatically sent when I need them and charged for what I use. Do recommend getting the extended protection. I had to use mine and I got the same printer, I was pleased enough for it.

This was a gift for my mother, who as a former legal secretary, knows her stuff. She has been very happy with it so far. The reason I chose this model was a spec that few look at "duty cycle", this was very high for this level printer, which should translate into a very reliable and durable printer.

I have only had it a few weeks and have not made any demands on the machine. No reason not to recommend it at this time. Time will tell. But so far so good. HP ink jet cartridges are expensive. If you do a lot of printing, you might want to do some comparison shopping.

I had a little difficulty setting printer up, however, eventually figured it out. I appreciate the fact that Best Buy allows trade in of old equipment. I took advantage of this offer and received $10 off the new printer. Customer service and sales associates were both friendly and helpful.

I bought this printer last month, and I love it. My only concern is that sometimes HP printers are susceptible to printhead problems, so I'm hoping that doesn't happen in this case. I do recommend this, but also recommend buying the Best Buy extended warranty with it.

Using this for home it works well and faster than expected. Set up with Wifi is clunky but works. HP is known for poor user interface which is not as intuitive and simple as it could be. I think this printer is a good value.

This is a great printer. The only negative point it has is that we have it on a shelf in a computer cabinet and the lid is hard to open to change the ink cartridges without changing the shelf height. You also can not adjust the screen to view the options if you are making a copy or scanning something.

Of course, no one likes the cost of ink but it's just a fact of life, I suppose. (Just wish my wife didn't like to print BOOKS!) Goo all around printer/scanner.....I've had some trouble keeping the drivers loaded - it was completely gone. Thank goodness for Geeksquad.

Nothing better than using blue tooth to print.i love the fact that I can get stuff printed no matter where I am in the house. HP has always had great products and this is definitely one of them. The staff at Best Buy was knowledgeable and could answer my questions.
