This print works great, and I have had it for six months. It has been really helpful during the pandemic. It isn't too large to sit on a desk (or table), but it copies, prints, scans, and faxes. It comes in handy everyday.

The printer worked well during set-up with well printed test sheets, however, when attempting to print from my computer, the print was supersized! Trying to adjust print size was not successful. I will be returning it to Best By tomorrow

Have not used this printer for photos or color prints yet but so far no problems. Only negative is that it did not come with an instruction manual. There was a disc but I prefer a written manual for quick reference for less frequently used functions. I LOVE the ink refill option that came with it!

I only buy HP printers, and only buy 1 type. The one that accepts printing from both IOS and Android. This one does. HP is the only maker with a joint agreement for both. Always dependable and convenient printing from any device in my home. I highly recommend it!

My knowledge with computers and printers is left for the more experience!! I thought I would have a handful since my sister was ill and couldn't help me until she was well....I just could not wait that long. It was easy! I could do it by myself! I just needed the "umpfh" to go for it!

I needed a 4 in 1 printer and this fits the bill exactly! I love the fact that it does 2 sided printing. The only thing is that the build quality feels a little bit cheap, but otherwise it works perfectly. I like the fact that it has built in wifi, but I connected it via ethernet. Excellent printer!

This is a great all around device for printing, scanning, copying and faxing. The 2-sided capability is a great time and paper saver. Paper capacity is better than most printers in this price range. Only con is that it's a little noisier than expected - especially when turning the device on or off.

I absolutely love this printer!!! Photo quality is amazing and the HP ink pay per page promotion was a huge selling point. I had called hp customer service to learn more about the printer and promotion and they were absolutely amazing to deal with. I'm glad I went hp.

google needs to update their info on there end for an easier install

Only purchased because my previous HP Officejet 6830 went out due to ink leakage 13 months after purchase. This printer works great and produces very good prints, but weary about having the same issue. Purchased a protection plan just in case.

Works great HOWEVER ink runs out far too quickly and it’s expensive to replace.

Went to buy a printer that I have in my other home. The HP rep was at the store and recommended this printer. At first I was hesitant but his knowledge and suggestion won out. This is a great printer and for less money it is as equivalent to my other HP printer. Definitely a recommendation.

No more hassles with ethernet or USB cables. Simple setup of the printer and instantink. I have always had HP printers and this one is affordable and has all the modern conveniences. I can now print directly from my iphone or even send the printer an email from anywhere. How cool is that?

This purchase is to replace our HP L7590. The HP 6978 does not appear to be as well made as the older one, but what does these days. Also was disappointed to find that two sided printing did not mean automatic with duplexer. Scanning from feeder seems to be of lower quality. Still like HP Products.

I needed a new color printer, copier. This choice is an upgrade to the 4650 model. Getting it set up was complicated, and I needed assistance, but now is a great machine.

Easy set-up and easy to use. Disappointed in quality of photo printing; grainy, color appears faded. Poor image clarity. Always looks like matte finish, even when glossy is selected and photo is printed on glossy photo paper. Great document printing and copying though.

After contacting Geek squad twice regarding installing print cartridges and printing systems startup. I'm good! My mistakes for not following through with picture instructions and computer messages regarding printing.

2 to 300 pages every day consistently five days a week. Cleaning routine is easy and works as promised. The HP application is easy to use and understand and allows for scanning and editing to be a breeze. Would highly recommend it.

I wanted a printer with a scanner. I did some research on line. I found out I could get a credit for my old printer that I didn't want sitting around. I still haven't learned how to scan from printer to my laptop but I can from my laptop to printer. It's a good printer the operator needs some work!

This printer looks and works good. It allows me to perform my work-from-home job. The HP Instant Ink program is fantastic. And who does not like being able to print to the printer from anywhere in the world through WiFi?
