The printer we purchased is great but the ink system NOT. Never was able to get signed up. Called twice for help and was pushed off on 5 other calls and finally got someone who didn't even know what I was talking about, very disappointed and will be asking for my $ back.

I have been very happy with my purchase of this item. It handles my printer needs well. Although I don't use the fax function the unit has that feature built in also. I have always owned HP printers and have always been well satisfied with their products.

I like this printer, but I don't know how to keep it online with wifi to print. I have to turn it off then on again to print.

This printer is so impressive that I purchased more than one and gave them as gifts. The recipients were very grateful and are immensely impressed with the printer''s performance. I would definitely recommend and purchase this item again if offered ato that good of a price.

When my previous Canon printer died, I needed to replace it. Sadly, Canon didn’t make a printer with a front-loading paper tray in my price range. This HP printer is okay, has the paper tray I wanted, but... it seems to “eat” toner, going through toner faster than before. Also, when I get a “toner low on ink” message, I have no clue on the printer which toner is low. The Canon had a light appear on the specific toner needing replacement, plus, I could remove the toner to check the level. Not so with the HP cartridges; they’re opaque. For the HP, I have to access the printer profile on my PC to check toner levels. Bummer.

Wireless printer to go with my wireless computer. I don't print that much so I don't need a lot of bells and whistles but it has them. Haven't used anything but print a regular page but you can copy, fax, print 2 sides plus things I don't even know about.

One of the best copiers I have used. It took me a while to set up because I am not computer savy and I had to contact HP support, they were very helpful in helping me finish the setup. The quality if print and copy of photos is excellent.

Nice printer! Auto feed works well! Like most inkjets, expect your ink to disappear quickly. Really dislike that the printer automatically turns printer off. It's a pain to turn on each time I start to print (if auto shut off occurs before next use).

I had a HP 6500 for several years that worked well for a long time. This printer looked like it was in the same family with similar capabilities. The new printer has met my needs and is faster. I like all the capabilities and find that it performs better than my old printer.

My previous HP printer started generating a print head error message. Could not get it resolved despite troubleshooting guides and web tips. Pleased with this new model which had solid rating at a good cost. Added the two year protection plan through Best Buy.

This printer is exactly what I needed and wasn’t too hard to set up. I have an older computer and that made it a bit harder due to memory requirements but it works really well and the quality is good.

The printer seems to work fine (including the wireless feature) it’s just that I didn’t get the quality I was looking for in the print outs and it’s set on “best” printing. Disappointing but not a disaster.

Great printer with a lot of cool features. This does double-sided printer - I was not expecting this from a reasonably priced printer. Hooked it up to my MAC with no difficulty. Was sold on this when I also found out it uses individual color ink cartridges.

We had an older model of this printer. Loved the features and quality, but with the more recent windows updates there were connectivity issues. I thought a new printer would not have this issue. Unfortunately, it does. Not as often, but always at the most inconvenient times.

We have had this printer for about six weeks, and we are very happy with it. The paper loading is simpler than our previous HP 5740 and this model doesn't go into sleep mode after a few minutes. I still need to figure out how to print on photo paper, but overall very satisfied.

I had a step down of this printer which I loved, only o realized that it didn't have a double side printing, which made me replace it with this one. I love this printer so much, because it does provides the basic printing needs and it's very affordable!

I had a few issues connecting the scan-to-computer option. But the printer is great and the wireless operation works well.

Easy to install remotely. I had my dad plug it in and I was able to talk him through turning it on and then I accessed his computer and finished the install

I found out if a printer breaks. its cheaper to buy a new one. The new hp printer is better than the Epson printer I had. You need a lot of room for the new printer but it works fine. The salesman was very helpful and saved me 15% for the trade in value on the old printer.

The printing power of this printer is unparalleled. I have printed so many high-quality pictures of Batman in such a short period of time that the people in my Batman Fan Club can't believe it. Not the printer I deserve, but the printer I need.
