I've owned OfficeJets for years and find them to be both reliable and a good return on investment. Critical for me are the scanning capabilities and the 6978 does a great job especially feeding and scanning multiple pages to PDF.

We originally had the HP Photosmart Plus for a number of years. This unit is a great upgrade for the family. We print more the most families would, due to homework, private business, Co13 activity and working from home. Great features.

Very pleased with this printer. Fast and 2 sided printing are great.scanning also works good.has been a great machine so far..very happy..

I love this printer. It does exactly what I want it to do. I am so glad I bought it. Have not had any problem with it.

I purchased this printer when my last printer broke. I needed one that could handle a lot of work, especially on card stock. It has been doing a great job and not using up a lot of ink in the process. I highly recommend it.

Our previous HP printer had seen better days so we looked online and Best Buy had several HP's on sale. We looked over the specs and reviews and decided on this printer. We are very happy with our choice. Thanks Best Buy!!

The Printer I purchased from Best Buy was defective, and the unit they were going to replace it with was also defective. Finally, after defective unit was replaced by HP with a reconditioned unit, all is now working okay.

Before I purchased this HP :Office Jet Pro, which does a fantastic job of printing, I had an HP All-in-one. It did the job for ten years and never a fit of trouble. That is why I decided to purchase another HP printer.

I replaced a previous hp with this one and it is very slow and not as easy to operate as the previous one. I do like the cost of ink for all hp printers and wish I had gotten the same one or closer to that type.

I love the fact that it does everything i nerf and i dont have to go to workforce or library for nothing it saves me time and money with convenience. My little reading space now has the capacity of a full office

It was a bit difficult to setup...contacted hp help & they sorta helped, but tried to upcharge me for stuff I didn't need. The only other thing is that sometimes it takes 60 to 90 seconds to print something.

Great printer, fell in love with it. Do more than I thought. Prints both sides. I needed that so much. The price is worth it.

I've used this in my small practice since I purchased this year. It does well for the amount of paperwork my office creates. The only problem was not purchasing more black ink.

Bought this to replace my HP Envy 5660 that crapped out right after the warranty expired. This unit is 10 times what my last one was. Little hard to get set up but well worth it. Sale price was nice too!

I use this alot for business and home, ink runs out fast , however it does a great job. Mostly use it to scan documents so feeder option must be good quality. So far so good. Highly recommend. Only downfall is its slow printing.

Printer works OK. HP greed and gouging on ink cartridges is now a given, but motivates me to use another of my printers.

This printer proved to be a great bargain...plenty of features for the home print needs. When combined with the auto ink replacement deal, never have to make the cross town trip just to resupply ink.

Purchased the printer for my cubicle instead of walking up to the office printer every hr. It does its job. Cost less than 100 for the convenience of not having to get up to the office printer across the room.

Inexpensive... but it really isn't about the price of the printer. It is about selling INK by HP. The printer crinkles the paper periodically. A little annoying. Overall, pleased with the printer. Great wi-fi capable.

So far it’s pretty good. I miss my HP printer however for the sale price and what I need, this has been great so far for my printing needs. Just make sure your have the paper catcher out. Or you’ll have papers everywhere!
