The equipment is fine. However, I am a relatively new tech user and has to get use to the equipment.

This printer has performed flawlessly since I installed it. WIFI setup was a breeze. Haven't had any jams yet so I can't comment on how easily they are to clear. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Everything is fine. I still haven’t figured correct scan procedure yet, but still trying.

We purchased this printer on recommendation from a friend and we are very happy. Set up was a bit trYong but that was more a user issue. It's a very good printer.

I love this printer especially since I don't have to constantly go out of my way to the store and buy new ink. It gets delivered to my house before I run out of ink.

We have had this printer for a couple of months and so far it has been great. Not sure about ink use yet. We did have to replace the black ink that came with it already.

It uses a lot of ink cleaning heads. Works fine and has good quality but maybe it is time for me to step down to a printer that does not cost so much for ink.

I have good history with hp printers and this one continues to keep that history

Big help on my college student’s schoolwork and projects. She likes the clear copies she gets out of it. We will definitely purchase this same printer for future use.

OVERALL ITS BEEN A GOOD PRINTER. ITS RATHER LARGE... HOPE THAT THE INK ISNT TOO EXPENSIVE TO REPLACE.

I love my new HP have had one previously so stuck with HP and I can't be happier love the separate cartridges and the double sided copies and can print from my I phone

It took me awhile to understand how to use the all-in-one Office Jet Pro. There could be directions that would be clearer so I would not have had to play around with the scanner so long.

The printer is okay I guess. Over the years I've had so much trouble with all the items I've purchased from Best Buy that I'm surprised when something works. Do you sell defective merchandise?

This is a god printer for the price. I think it prints a little slow but great for a home printer

It prints fast, like the color prints. What I do not like? The updates take a long time and when the printer does a self check takes way too long.

Excellent choice for a new printer to replace my old HP which served me for an extremely long time. This new printer has many superior features. I like it.

I took it out of the box and set it up following the quick setup guidelines. Everything worked as expected and continues to provide an nice quality print function. Very satisfied.
