Printer works great if you are printing from the glass. If you want to print wireless, the instructions are not what they should be. I still cannot print with out a cable. Very disappointed!

Love this printer! Works well on my office network and best of all, it prints two-sided.

Looked over the internet for a decent printer that would last awhile. Reviews for this were kind and we decided to buy it. We have not been disappointed since, it has worked fine.

Love my new printer The remote print feature is a game changer. Able to print from the field all the time. Lock the renew your ink plans saves ton of money.

Only had this a couple of days, and it works now, but it took me many hours to get it to work, including a call to HP's tech support (and good luck finding THAT phone number on the HP website). During installation a bewildering array of different windows pop up asking you to do God knows what for who knows what reason. Surely it should not be THIS complicated to install a printer! Last time I bought a new printer, you plugged it in, downloaded the drivers and off you went. No more, my friend, no more.

My other HP printer was having issues printing blank pages. Tried cleaning the printhead to no avail. Bought this one on sale. Happy with this printer so far!

this model prints good, however it is VERY LOUD, as others have stated. When it turns on and off, and also when it prints. I hope that this is all normal, and that it's not ready to break.

This printer is working out fine, even though I didn't want to pay this much.

Replaced our old printer with this and the wifi feature has been outstanding. No issues.

I do a lot of my work at home, best thing about it is the lack of purchacing colored ink and the wifi. no need to work at my desk

This printer has worked perfectly for my normal home use. The only issue that I have seen is I feel like I have to change the ink a little sooner than the previous printer.

This printer sometimes out thinks me. You need to know what's printing, how to print, etc. But once you know all this stuff, the printer is a very useful tool

Printer does what it needs to do. Definitely, install software off the CD and website. Con- if idle for days then printer loses connection so powering off and on is used often

Good quality but very slow in printing and copying

HP prints professionally, but was not the easiest to setup. It is a great all-in-one.

works fine,quality great. big advancement over the past 4 years, but takes a little getting use to.After all updates are entered by HP,is a nice system to have.

Printer is great and fast. Doesn't r Take forever to print a gray scale paper and the touch screen makes life a heck of a lot easier navigating through the menu and options it has

I had an issue with copying a photo where it kept cutting part off it off which seemed overly complicated. Still haven't figured that out. Other than that it's been really nice so far.

Our last HP printer was bought pre-Win10 and would never work well. Fortunately, this one seems to work smoothly with Win10 and gets the job done. So far, so good after a month or so.
